The Experimental Study On Shenghuazhixueyin Preventing And Curing The Bleeding After Medical Abortion Of Rat

Objective: To investigate, firstly, the reason of bleeding after medical abortion, and secondly, the mechanism that Shenghuazhixueyin prevents and cures bleeding after medical abortion.Method: The animal model is to use incomplete abortion rats to simulate the prolonged bleeding time after medical abortion.This experiment utilizes optical and electronic microscopic technique, and applies advanced method of im-munohistochemica and in situ hybridization. We observ the level such as PR,ER,LN ,FN and the factors of apoptosis such as Fas , FasLmRNA.Result:1.Shenghuazhixueyin can lower the expression of PR in decidual tissues.2. Shenghuazhixueyin can lower the expression of LN> FN in decidual tissues.3. Shenghuazhixueyin can raise the expression of Fas ,FasLmRNA in decidual cells.4. Shenghuazhixueyin can raise the expression of ER in decidual tissues.Conclusion:1. This experiment successively duplicates the animal model of incomplete abortion .2. The reason which causes prolonged bleeding time after medical abortion is related to hemone receptor, extra-cellular matrix and apoptosis.3. Via the expression of lowering PR, LN, FN decidual tissue, Shenghuazhixuey no longer maintains growth of decidual tissue.4. Via the expression of increasing decidual cell apoptosis factor Fas and FasLmRNA, it accelerates deciduas cell apoptosis.5. Via the improvement of ER, it enhances endometrium restore.
