The Clinical Study Of Shenghuazhixueyin On Inducing Mechanism Of Bleeding After Drug-induced Abortion

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug-induced abortion by observing the prescription Shenghuazhixueyin on progesterone receptors (PR) and laminin (LN) expression in the human decidua after drug-induced abortion. To clarifiy the mechanism of Chinese medicine to reduce bleeding after drug abortion, and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of drug abortion.Method:The voluntary termination of gestation in80examples of drug abortion patients were divided into4groups:abactio group, simple drug abortion group,motherwort group, Shenghua-zhixueyin group, which is random.There are20examples in each group, respectively, collect decidua, then detect the expession of decidual progesterone receptor (PR) and laminin (LN) by the immunohistochemical experiment method.Results:The expression of PR and LN in Shenghuazhixueyin group in decidual tissue was significantly lower than the others.Compar-ing with the Negative pressure suction palace group, simple drug abortion group and motherwort group,there are huge differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenghuazhixueyin can reduce the expression level of PR in decidua after drug-induced abortion, reduce the decidual cells secreting LN, reduce the adhesion between decidual cells and endometrial tissue, make the remaining decidua discharge, to have the purpose of controlling uterine bleeding after drug abortion.
