Ⅰ.Studies On Active Constituents Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Folium Eriobotryae Ⅱ.Chemical Ivestigation On Two Species Of Chinese Medicinal Plants From Thalictrum And Chemosystematics Of Secondary Compounds Of The Thalictrum And Ranunculaceae

The section one of this doctoral dissertation focuses on the chemical studies on the active parts of commonly used Traditional Chinses Medicinal Folium Eriobotryae, "Pipaye", which is specified in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(1995 edition). Twenty-nine compounds were isolated from part A affording to relieving a cough and part B exhibiting anti-inflammation, in which twenty-two structures have been determined by spectrosscopic (UV, IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, DEPT, ¹H-¹H COSY, ¹³C-¹H COSY, HMBC, EI-MS, FAB-MS, HR-MS and CD) and chemical methods, including five new compounds named respectively as Eriobotroside I, Eriobotroside II, Eriobotroside III, Eriobotrin and Isoeriobotrin.
