The Experimental Study On The Connection Between Acupuncture Effect Of Point Neiguan And Target Organ Heart Ischemia

Objective: To prove the connection between point and organ, and that acupuncture treatment of viscera disease is caused by point based on the experimental study on acute heart ischemia rabbits by means of "Neiguan" electro-acupuncture.Method: 32 healthy New Zealand rabbits were selected into 4 parts of the research: normal group, sodium chloride group, model group and acupuncture group, duplicate heart ischemia model on rabbits by means of PPI auditive vein injection continuously. This study applies the technic of microdialysis, and collects the extracellular fluid in the point NeiGuan ,in the mean time acupunctes NeiGuan .Select the change of ECG and the value of AST , CK-MB , CK , LDH ,α-HBD and ionized calcium in extracellular fluid as observing standards, and take tissue of point and cardiac muscle to observe the change of energy metabolism under microscope and electron microscope.Results: 1.After PPI auditive vein injection continuously on rabbits, ECG were changed greatly by comparison to normal group (P<0.05), it indicates the model succeed and can be lasted for a long time. The change of ECG of acupuncture group were improved significantly compared with heart ischemia group (P< 0.05) .2. The value of AST, CK-MB, CK, LDH,α-HBD of the heart ischemia model rabbits were increased most with significance of P<0.05, after acupuncture the value of AST, CK-MB and LDH were decreased, and the value of CK and HBD did not change much compared with normal group (P>0.05) .3.The concentration of ionized calcium of model group and acupuncture group were decreaced comparded with normal group ( P < 0.05 ) , after acupuncture the concentration of ionized calcium were increased in contrast with model group (P<0.05) .4. After PPI auditive vein injection on rabbits the gray scale numerical value of glycogen, SDH and ATP compared with acupuncture group were decreased under microscope (P<0.05), after acupuncture the gray scale numerical value were increaced by comparison to model group (P <0.05) .5.Under electron microscope the structure of bioblast was changed, after acupuncture it was improved.Conclusion: 1.PPI auditive vein injection continuously on rabbits can duplicate heart ischemia model, this is a good new method .2.The concentration of ionized calcium and enzyme of energy metabolism on point NeiGuan were changed when heat ischemia. After acupuncture heat ischemia were improved ,at the same time the concentration of ionized calcium and enzyme of energy metabolism on point NeiGuan were also improved .It shows that pathologic change of organ can reflect through point.3.The point is the beginning and causes of the acupuncture effect. The point is changed by acupuncting, and the stimulation brings energy to organ through meridians,it also causes organ change.This result shows that point correlates with organ.
