Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of dredging liver and toning Shen acupuncture combined with Neiguan and Shenmen electro-acupuncture in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder with liver depression and qi stagnation. Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly grouped by using the random number table method and divided into 30 cases each in the treatment group(dredging liver and toning Shen acupuncture combined with Neiguan and Shenmen electro-acupuncture group)and the control group(conventional acupuncture group). In the treatment group, the following acupoints were selected: Shuigou,Neiguan,Yin tang,Shen Men,tai Chong,Hegu, tan Zhong,,Sun,Shenting, tou Wei,Bai Hui,and Shen Cong, using the combination of liver toning and Shen acupuncture with Neiguan and Shen Men electro-acupuncture.In the control group, the following acupoints were selected: Shuigou,Neiguan,Yin tang,Shen Men,taichong, tan Zhong, and Qi Men,using the conventional acupuncture method. Both groups were treated once a day,and 4 consecutive courses of treatment. At the end of treatment, the HAMA score,SAS score, and Chinese medicine evidence score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment by SPSS26.0 analysis, and the overall efficacy difference between the two groups was evaluated by the reduction rate of HAMA score.Results:1.The general conditions(gender, age, disease duration),pre-treatment HAMA,SAS and TCM syndrome scale scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the P values were >0.05,with no statistical difference, and the two groups were comparable.2.In terms of HAMA,SAS and Chinese medicine symptom scale scores, compared with those before treatment, the scores of both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups had better efficacy;compared with the control group, the scores of the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of overall clinical efficacy: the rate of total validity was 86.7% in the treatment group compared with80.0% in the control group, the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more effective to the control group.Conclusion:1.Both the treatment group and the control group were effective in treating generalized anxiety disorder with liver depression and qi stagnation, and both of them could improve the clinical symptoms of patients.the treatment group was more effective in patients with generalized anxiety disorder with liver depression and qi stagnation.2.The combination of liver-sparing and liver-regulating acupuncture with Neiguan and Shenmen electro-acupuncture is an easy-to-operate and effective clinical treatment method for anxiety disorders with liver-depression and qi stagnation, and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
