Scientific Rationality And Value-rational Structure

The aim of this paper is to investigate the structure of science reason and valuereason.The author analyzes the view of capacity which is critical in understanding sciencereason and value reason. The author discovers that the view on the entity of Atomismunavoidably leads to the dichotomy of science reason and value reason. TheInseparable of Quantum indicates that the holism is the basic of the things. Theidentity of things and Personal Identity lie in the topological invariable which isdecided by the synchronous connection of quantum, so, both objects and subjectssustain the identity of topological invariable in flux .The author use the development of neural science to test the synchronousconnection and spontaneity of the brain. He analyzes the basic of reason of thestructure of scientific reason, in which facts ,theory ,truth and belief are connectedeach other. In the producing of scientific facts, observation cannot receives thestructure of the topological invariable of the identity of external objects. It istheory-Laden indeed, but it cannot dispel the objectivity and rationality of scientificfacts , because they reflect the relation existence of R(Oi, Mi, Pi)in the nature , inwhich the identity of the object, that of the medium and that of the subject are alsocritical in sustaining the objectivity and rationality of scientific facts , which wouldnever exist without any of them . So the view of relativism is wrong .The objectivityand rationality of scientific theories are based on the topological invariable of externalthings, meantime , the subject must let the representations of facts and of other partsin brains to construct a type of topological space by the synchronous connection so asto construct rational structure of scientific theory. It has holism connection betweenscientific theory and facts, so there is no dichotomy between observable statementsand theoretical ones, and the relation of them is not one-to-one correspondence ofmathematical collection, but the continual power through which the object sustains itsown identity cannot continually pass to the subject's representations of the topologicalinvariable of facts and theory in order to sustain the rationality of their identity. Thereis no the same topological invariable properties between objects and the subjects'representations of facts and theories. The reasonable structure of scientific truth isreflected in the temporal relations of objects, mediums and subjects which lie in therelation of R (Oi, Mi, Pi) in the nature. The correspondence theory of truth cannot bedefined through the isomorphism (isomstructure), because it cannot defeat relativismand perspectivism which attack the objectivity and rationality of that of R(Oi, Mi,Pi).Belief contains both "acceptance" and "expectance" which connect each other. Inorder to do that, subjects must make both temporal experiential representations andthose of memory and imaginary overlapped by synchronous connection so as to betopologized, meanwhile make them detached through some types of topologicalseparation principles, so we can have some belief. iiiThe objectivity and rationality of value derives from some types of topologicalinvariable of external things, and from subjects' types of topological invariable ofbrain-space in which the representations of cognition and value are synchronousconnected. But the synchronous connections of the representations of cognition andvalue are realized by higher dimension of topological space than that of senseexperience, meanwhile the connected capacities are derived from the brain'sspontaneity through which the objectivity and rationality of value is accessible, so thesubjectivism of value is wrong. Subjects' capacities of moral judgment and conductare derived from the brain's spontaneity, because the powers of external things cannotcontinually pass to subjects.
