Research On The Sustainable Development Of Resource-dependent Cities Based On Ecological Cities' Construction

Sustainable development is the inevitable choice of future urban development. The strategy of sustainable development thought, a fast population growth and economic development, resources and environment were malignant destroying the inevitable reaction, to the old high consumption of resources, environmental damage big industrial mode of negation and abandon, people's development pattern more deeply.China's reform and opening-up, grasping opportunity, positive enterprising, in city construction, economic development, etc have made some achievements. However, because of the urban planning of urban construction lags behind, the blind etc influence, but also in urban development in paid a heavy price, urban resources and environment problem increasingly. Not only meets the urban development process common problems, but also has its own characteristics, such as urban construction and development policy enough scientific and perfect, in urban development in the construction of regional development research problems such as inadequate. Chapter 2 in resource-based urban sustainable development of related theory on simple comb.The second part, from the first chapters 3 and 4 constitutes. Chapter 3 to ecological city thoughts, sustainable development theory, urban economics, resource economics and other relevant basic theory as a foundation, analysis the resource-based cities of sustainable development of resources city particularity in the characteristics and current situation of the development of a comprehensive analysis of the foundation, on the sustainable development of resources city model system and the comprehensive research. Chapter 4 discusses the resource-based cities the level of the sustainable development of evaluation system and index analysis.The third part, the first 5, 6, 7 chapters constitutes. This paper analyzes the simple problems and the main research contents, and summarizes the main conclusion of this study, and the future study to a certain outlook.This paper intends to achieve the main conclusions are:1, Analyses the connotation, the resource-based cities based on the type of the resource-based cities, then refer to different development phase that the judgment standard, zhaoyuan city is typical of the resource-based cities, and is in the transition period maturity -- a recession.2, The relationship between economic growth and environmental evolution has local specificities in Zhao Yuan city. Mainly in following aspects:(1)The relationship between industrial waste water,gas,garbage and economic growth are at different stage.(2)The interference of human factors has great influence on the shape of the Kuznets curve.(3)In Zhao Yuan city, the evolution of economic and environment largely depends on the policy orientation.3, Based on the ecological footprint of evaluation, zhaoyuan city found the sustainable development of zhaoyuan city year ability is very weak, although the trend of rising, but still belongs to traditional development mode, so promptly to the sustainable development of zhaoyuan city make strategic planning is very necessary.4, At present due to the urban development zhaoyuan city economic development, industrial characteristics, traditional system and thoughts influence, deviation, etc exist industrial structure deformity, emerging industry cluster effect has not been formed such severe problems.
