The Clinical Study On Jianpi Quyu Mixture Combined With Electrocoagulation And Electrotomy Under Gastroscope Intervening Comprehensively Gastric Polyp

Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Quyu Mixture combined with electrocoagulation and electrotomy under gastroscope intervening comprehensively Gastric Polyp (GP), explore the effect mechanism and prove the advantage of TCM on preventive treatment of disease.Methods:60 patients who accorded with the diagnosis standard were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated by Jianpi Quyu Mixture combined with electrocoagulation and electrotomy under gastroscope, and the control group was treated by Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules combined with electrocoagulation and electrotomy under gastroscope.The course of treatment is 4 weeks. Furthermore, the recurrence rate after 6 months of two groups were observed. Results:The clinical research proved that the total recovery rate, TCM syndrome, enteroscopy, pathology effect and HP eradication rate were obviously better than those of the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions:Spleen-stomach deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis of GP. Therefore, invigorating spleen to resolve dampness, removing blood stasis, dissipating phlegm and resolving masses are the the main treatment methods. Jianpi Quyu Mixture combined with electrocoagulation and electrotomy under gastroscope appears to have the significant effect in the treatment of GP. Jianpi Quyu Mixture can improve the symptoms, promote mueosal repair, improve gastroscopic signs, relieve chronic inflammation, eradicate HP effectively and decrease the recurrence rate in some dgree that proves the advantage of TCM on preventive treatment of disease.
