| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Xiaoxi granule combined with gastroscope electrocoagulation resection in the prevention and treatment of gastric polyps,so as to better guide clinical practice and provide new ideas and methods for the intervention of gastric polyps with the combination of Chinese and western medicine.Methods:Sixty-four patients with gastric polyps who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 32)and the control group(n = 32).The experimental group was treated with Jianpi Xiaoxi granule for 8 weeks,followed by endoscopic high frequency electrocoagulation and electrotomy.The control group was treated withendoscopic high frequency electrocoagulation and electrotomy.Patients in both groups were routinely given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules for 4 weeks after surgery.The improvement of symptom score,TCM syndrome effect,postoperative gastric mucosal healing and comprehensive efficacy of the two groups after treatment were observed.The patients cured by gastroscope were followed up for 6 months to review the gastroscope and observe the polyp recurrence.Results:The comparison of symptom scores between the two groups after treatment indicated that the experimental group had significant advantages over the control group in improving epigastric distension,fatigue and loose stool in patients with gastric polyps(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).The comparison of total scores of symptoms after treatment between the two groups indicated that the experimental group was significantly superior to the control group(P < 0.01).The comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy between the two groups showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01).Comparison of gastric mucosal healing between the two groups at 2 weeks after surgery showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in gastric mucosal healing between the two groups at 4 weeks after surgery(P>0.05).Comparison of comprehensive efficacy between the two groups showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in long-term efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Xiaoxi granule combined with gastroscopic electrocoagulation resection is a safe and effective method for the prevention and treatment of gastric polyps with the combination of Chinese and western medicine.The traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Xiaoxi granule can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with gastric polyps,promote the postoperative healing and repair of gastric mucosa,and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate to a certain extent,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
