| Objective:From the perspective of the invention, the aim of this study is to evaluate the value of the invention and creation about Chinese external technical methods from a variety of ancient literature. To provide sufficient basis for their origins, discuss the evolution. process. In particular, focus on the technical methods which were invented earlier and used frequently, documented relatively more, reveal the origins and devolpment. Summarize the invention and creation value clearly for 9 technical methods.Methods:This study using philology, history research methods, comparative research methods between foreign inventions and Chinese. Knowledge of Chinese traditional surgery, medical history, philosophy and others are included. Study the surgical treatment from some ancient surgical literatures. Analysis these techniques from different historical periods, extract the value of the invention and creation for them. Aim to prove they are innovative, advanced, practical and scientific techniques in the world.Results:Based on the literature of ancient Chinese medicine surgery, select surgical method of external treatment technology as priority, particularly those invented earlier, used high frequently, recorded more relatively, summarize their invention and creation value to explore in depth study of ancient literature. In particular, this study will emphasize on the characteristics of a variety of technical methods, significance and development, maturation process. Meanwhile, pay attention to some concept of surgical invention, development, and the evolution process included. Re-examine the achievements of Chinese traditional surgery, from ancient Chinese medicine point of view.This study reviews the profile of external treatment technology of Chinese traditional surgery, describes surgical history of the ancient Chinese technological method..Analysis the status and problems of these representational methods. Conclusions:By studying the anesthesia, incision and drainage, debridement, hemorrhoid treatment, fire needle, surgical immortality, fumigation technique, moxibustion, sticking method. Analysising the process of their origins and development, there is sufficient evidence to prove that they are oldest inventions in medicine of the world's. Ancient physicians continue to improve their clinical application, the novelty of these technologies, the advanced, practical, prominent scientific value. Many methods had significant effect on surgical medicine in the world. Revealing the invention and creation value of these techniques fully, not only inherit techniques of ancient Chinese surgical treatment, but also demonstrate the scientific value of Chinese medicine further. Moreover, it must be very beneficial for improving academic status popularity of Chinese medicine. |
