Gloomy Qingwei Particles Impact On The Metabolic Syndrome Of Insulin Sensitivity

Metabolic Syndrome(MS) is a clinical syndrome which have obesity, hypertension, glucose metabolism lipid metabolism and many aspects of abnormal metabolism. It is one of hot points of research which many global medicine branches put more interests on. The core of MS insulin resistance, which is connected with diabetes, obesity, and dyslipidemia. IR is one of most important observation signals of prevention and treatment with MS.In the part of theoretical study, the pathogenesis of insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes, the study methods, the present therapeutic study of Chinese and western medicine were summed up. It argued the train of thought and methods which prevent and cure the insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes, explaining the effect mechanism and the rule of Chinese medical principle and cure from the stagnated heat of liver and stomach through the modern and archaic documentary records examined from each Chinese department and school, which is reviewed and summarized.This clinical part based on the observation in the long term by teacher. Pass through the step of a species of overeating and relatively-fat shape before being taken ill, most of patients are melancholy and lose frequently their temper in the early and middle period after falling ill. Also their mouths feel frequently parched and taste bitter. Their excrements get often dry. Tongues are red, the moss of tongues are yellow. Their pulses rapid ,strong and so on .From Chinese theory ,that is called stagnated heat syndrome in the liver and stomach .As the Chinese medical treatment of purging the stagnated heat in the liver and stomach , Kayuqingwei Granula (KG,) was formed and based on Dachaihu Granula of shanghanlun. The patients with fatty shape and the symptoms of stagnated heat syndrome in the liver and stomach were adopted for study object by the clinical method of single blindness and random control. Contrasted with Jinqijiangtang Troche (JT,) and metformin, we observed the 149 cases' change of WHR, blood glucose, Hablc, insulin, insulin sensitive index, lipid, blood pressure. Result: KG has outstanding effect on decreasing FBG, 2hPG, CHO, LDL-C, APO-A and losing weight; also has a good effect on increasing the patients' insulin sensitive index, improving IR, relieving patients' distention of stomach, irritation, constipation and other symptoms.KG can increase the sensitivity of insulin, which may be connected with it can decrease blood sugar, blood fat and other indexes, the specific mechanism should be more explored..In this research, we observe the change of objective index on treating with stagnation of liver and stomach in fatty shape of MS, developing the extension of clinical range after the modification of "jingfang"-Dachaihu Granula. It will be a new train of thought for the research of IR type 2 by Chinese medicine .At the same time, it also establish a firm foundation for the new Chinesemedicine explore of insulin sensitivity.
