And through after hard work and research to dug the richness meaning and significance about, which develop and improve the system information of Chinese psychology and serve for clinic practice well.The thesis is made up of three parts: the first and second part is about collecting and analysis of "Shen Qi" and its related technical languages. The third part is to expatiate that "Shen Qi" in "HuangDiNeiJing" is the inheritance and development of that in Pre-Qin Sutra and try to describe the difference and relation between the Pre-Qin Sutra and "HuangdiNeijing".In this research we found that the psychics ideology in Pre-Qin Sutra and "HuangDiNeiJing" is the most important parts of Chinese ancient medical psychology and it is materialized by a lot of parts such as thinking manner, sensibility expression, personality shapes, health care and so on. Therefore scoopping out its content well will have the push meaning of the reality to the development of the eastern psychology and the Chinese medicine psychology necessarily.
