Research On Relationship Between The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Type (TCM-SDT) With Characteristic Of Psychology And Sentiments

Objective:Use the epidemiology group research method,explore the relationship between hypertensive patients behavior pattern with its syndrome type,thourgh Traditional Chinese medicine psychology to know about hypertension and provide clinical material.Mehtods:1.Divided 120 hypertensive patients that accord with standard to 3 groups,A group:A type(A-type behavior pattern),B group:B type(B-type behavior pattern),C group:M type (M-type behavior pattern).2.3 groups of behavior pattern are diviede to different groups of syndrome type.3.Analyze those groups of syndrome type with behavior pattern,explore the distribution and law.4.Use SPSS 12 for windows statistics software to statistics data.Results:1.The spread of 120 hypertensive patients in syndrome type:hyperactivity of liver fire type(56/120,46.67%)＞excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness type(36/120,30.00%)＞yin deficiency yang excess type(17/120,14.16%)＞yin yang deficiency type(11/120, 9.17%)2.Most of the hypertensive patients is appear in age 45～74,different age range have different spread of syndrome type.hyperactivity of liver fire type and excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness type mainly appear in age 45～54,yin deficiency yang excess type mostly appears in age 55～64,type yin yang deficiency type mostly appears in age 75～84.The age ranges that mostly appear of hypertensive patients in each syndrome type with other age range have significant difference(p＜0.01).The spread of hypertensive patients in sex with syndrome type do not have difference(p＞0.05).3.Hypertensive patients in hyperactivity of liver fire type and yin yang deficiency type mainly appear in 2^nd,3^rd grade of hypertension.Hypertensive patients in type yin deficiency yang excess type mainly appear in 1^st grade of hypertension.Excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness type mainly appear in 1^st,2^nd grade of hypertension.4.In 120 hypertensive patients,spread of 3 groups behavior pattern:A-type behavior pattern＞M-type behavior pattern＞C-type behavior pattern.The spread of sex in 3 groups of behavior pattern do not have different(p＞0.05),but there is different in age range between the 3 groups of behavior pattern.A-type behavior pattern mainly appear in age 45～54,B-type behavior pattern mainly appear in age 55～64,M-type behavior pattern mainly appear in age 45～54,55～64.After rank sum test,group difference,there is significant difference(P＜0.01), know that behavior pattern are relativity with age but sex.5.Hypertensive patients in A-type behavior pattern mainly appear in 2^nd,3^rd grade of hypertension,hypertensive patients in B-type behavior pattern mainly appear in 1^st grade of hypertension,hypertensive patients in M-type behavior pattern mainly appear in 1^st,2^nd grade of hypertension.6.Spread of A-type behavior in syndrome type:hyperactivity of liver fire type(30.00%)＞excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness type(13.33%)＞yin deficiency yang excess type(6.67%)＞yin yang deficiency type(1.67%).Spread of B-type behavior in syndrome type:hyperactivity of liver fire type(6.67%)＞excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness type(5.83%)＞yin yang deficiency type(5.00%)＞yin deficiency yang excess type(2.50%). Spread of M-type behavior in syndrome type:excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness type(10.83%)＞hyperactivity of liver fire type(10.00%)＞yin deficiency yang excess type (5.00%)＞yin yang deficiency type(2.50%).Conclusions:1.People in middle-ager and old-ager is easy to cause hypertension,they should be the main subjects of health education in hypertension.2.Behavior pattern does not related with sex but age.Hyperactivity of liver fire type and A-type behavior pattern have the most hypertensive patients in age 45～54,secondly in age 55～64.Excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness type and M-type behavior pattern also have most of the hypertensive patients in age 49～54.3.Hyperactivity of liver fire type and excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness type are the main syndromes of hypertension.A-type behavior pattern is related with type Hyperactivity of liver fire type,M-type behavior pattern is related with excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness type,B-type behavior pattern is spread in those 4 types of syndromes.A-type behavior pattern playing the important character in hypertension,it influence the course and prognosis of hypertension.4.Characteristic of psychology and sentiments is a factor of hypertension.Apparent negative sentiments will aggravate and spread the hypertension symptom and behave,it also influences it's Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Type.
