Based on collecting large numbers of research materials at home and abroad, this paper hackles and researches the title origin, contents, number of volumes, auther and completion time , discovery and annihilation, data resources and linguistic values of Zu Tang Ji, summarizes the research status of Zu Tang Ji in Korea, Europe and America, Hongkong and Taiwan and Chinese mainland. On the basis of previous researches this paper tries to make a further study on the language problems of the aspects of character,vocabulary and grammar. In the aspect of character, this paper collates all single words of Zu Tang Ji, analyzes the status of Lexica, mainly gives textual research of some especially remote glossary. In the aspect of vocabulary, this paper collects and tidies new words and meanings completely, makes a statistic on use cases of every new meanings, gives textual research of some difficult new words, and specializes principles in Zu Tang Ji.In the meantime, this paper studies every aspects of proper names in Zu Tang Ji , discusses the methods of proper names'definition by tracing back its theoretical origin, concludes and defines some formats of the proper names in Zu Tang Ji . On the bases of the taxonomic revision of all proper names, analizes the word length and frequency of proper names, mainly studies the conversion of proper names, conducts textual research to some difficult proper names. In the aspect of grammar, this paper exhaustively investigates and gives a statistic analysis of demonstrative pronouns, discusses the usages and other relevant problems of demonstrative pronouns in Zu Tang Ji.
