As is a typical strength-endurance sport, rowing performance improvement is the result of many factors. Most experts, however, still believe that the enhanced fitness of rowers is the most important factor in improving performance. While rowing in China has made considerable progress in recent years, but not ideal physical condition has been a primary restricted factor to a higher level of rowing. Therefore, it is one of the important measures to further improve performance to diagnose scientifically physical fitness of rowers, explore the physical characteristics of the project for training theory and practice patterns. In light of those problems, we use literature, expert interviews, test and mathematical analysis of physical training in elite national male rower theoretical and practical issues in-depth study, the main conclusion are as follows:(1) The main features of modern rowing were shown in, the highly developed aerobic capacity to build a solid endurance base, the reasonable increase anaerobic capacity; It is the key factor to boat speed for the proper order of body part and the coordination of the right time to produce greatest strength and speed superposition; It is an important guarantee of high level of technical efficiency for strength maintained throughout the race; Training arrangements highlight the large number of low intensity aerobic training, focusing on the improvement of the number of load, and the quality of aerobic endurance and strength coordination development.(2) Physical characteristics of national elite male rower can be summed up as follows:morphology should be stout, meanwhile body fat content is low; functional aspects of heart and lung function should be strong aerobic capacity; Fitness characters should be the quality of a firm aerobic base, a appropriately development of anaerobic metabolism and outstanding strength endurance.(3) The rate of strength development that rowers pull at the oars has a major impact at the technical effect. Rapid rate of strength is an important rowing special feature, and is the guidelines that strength training of rowing should follow. Composite exercises is an effective measure to improve rower special strength.(4) The world's elite rowers tend to the "polarized-training" mode which emphasized the use of a large number of low-intensity loads to build a solid foundation for appropriate arrangements for high-intensity loads. Thus, they could load the rational distribution of rhythm, balance the relationship between adaptation and stress, and arrive at a greater training efficiency. In the arrangements of load intensity, national elite male rowers spent more time on the zone of aerobic I and anaerobic threshold, meanwhile the time above anaerobic threshold intensity is lower. As for the coordination in strength and endurance development, it has not been carried out in-depth study. Training requirements are of insufficient detail.(5) The role of core stability mainly reflected in support of a stable, efficient power transmission, delay of respiratory muscle fatigue, prevention of sports injuries and so on. The core muscles have its own characteristics in the function and mobilization programs, which requires a combination the characteristics of rowing to design the specific exercise program.论文随机验证编号:BT5235822125870...
