The modern Chinese education, under the pressure of the traditional Confucian doctrine and the spirit of the times.which is characterized by the scientific doctrine, technological doctrine and instrumental reason, focuses all the diseases of the times on itself, or only shaded by the object but not knowing the God, even or shaded by the utensil but not knowing the doctrine, on one hand , it is being highly developed and creating the significant achievements,on the other hand it also makes the educators and the people who receive education, into the life alienation that they estrange from nature and society, even from the God and the humane themselves, the modern education forgets its noble ancestors and becomes the instrument in order to alienate the humans.The educational transformation lies in the cultural reform, and the educational awareness lies in the cultural awareness, The Confucian doctrine can't save its illness, and the western culture is exactly the principal of the educational times' illness. Only one method, that is to come back the the time of Axis, and come back to East, to review the way of Laozi , just like LinYutang says:in modern society we can not either produce a MoXi or a Confucius, only one way we can choose is the mysticism of the broad sense, like what Laozi advocates. Let all goes naturally, but every one should melt themselves into the natural order.Laozi's thinking is very deep and mysterious which uses the fewest and the simplest words to express the deepest and widest meanings, just like a well that will never dry up, and have all the treasure troves, and if you put a bucket in it, you will get something that you want very easily. His sharp observation ability, firm critical spirit, special thinking method and distinct naturalism's flag, are thought highly of by the post-modernistic, and also they advocate to absorb nutrition from him. Laozi is not only telling the ancient, but also talking about the modern society. The Tao Te Ching is not only the ancient people's great wisdom, but also the modern human's having adopted that great wisdom so that they can save the country out of trouble. His thinking has already become the important thinking source of rebuilding society. Laozi is not only a philosopher but also an educator. His thinking is filled with education wisdom, his thinking that:education should adjust man's nature and personality and development rule, his education dialectics which is characteristic of" opposition" his study opposite method which is based on impression and" existence and non-existence" educational life concept are all good pills to cure the modern education's illness.The basic aim of the papers is to broaden the sight of the educational research to develop the existed educational mind and the treasonable education theory of Laozi, to mend for the blanket of the educational confusion's educational mind and to enrich our country's educational theory, By researching Laozi's thinking, we hope we can put forward with the unique way to solve the problems, appearing in modern educational field, such as "scientific doctrine","technological doctrine"," instrumental reason", difference of education and the ethnic crisis. Also we can find the source of the energy for developing both the Chinese and the world's education.This passage is consisted of eight parts: inside argument is proposition of the question that is the modern education's confusion and solution. The second chapter is complimentary of Laozi's thinking and education.The third one is a kind of education's value concept whose aim is the Naturalism. The fourth chapter is associated with the education's dialectics which is characteristic of "opposition" The fifth one is about the education's methodology whose guide is "negative". The sixth chapter is existence and nonexistence of life belief , The last part is the conclusion.The Index argument, which is based on the disadvantaged of education and the requirement of education's development, inquires into the popular and directs worth of the Laozi's thinking to solve. Chinese even the world's problems. It makes the questions' proposition, the research's course and the reaching goals clear, the first chapter systematically arguments the philosophy thinking system. Which centralized in Laozi's doctrine and is characteristic of "nature" and"inaction" and is clued to direct the whole Laozi's education thinking's research. The second chapter which clears the misunderstanding of the Laozi's education thinking. The third, fourth, fifth and sixth chapters are focused on the systematical excavation to Laozi's education thinking. The third chapter, which announces the key part of Laozi's education thinking-the naturalism sense of worth. The fourth chapter argues Laozi's education dialectics which is characteristic of "opposition" and takes opposite direction thinking to the traditional education concept. The fifth chapter leads Laozi's education opposite method and widens the education research's methodology. The sixth chapter, which is clued to the relationship of Laozi's "existence" and "non-existence" and provides new sight to argue the present education and life.
