This paper focuses on environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals quality criteria, based on thesituation of Weihe River in Shaanxi Province. The main contents, methods and results in the paper are asfollowing:(1)It has stated the theory of environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals and environmentalquality criteria; summed up the international environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals level ofpollution and introduced the international research on water quality criteria and sediment quality criteria;(2)Based on research work of domestic and overseas, the author puts forward the method andprogram to ascertain the environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals quality criteria of Weihe River inShaanxi Province;(3)Employing information and data collection (USEPA ECOTOX database), method argument(SSD), toxicity data fitting (natural logarithm-cumulative probability model distributing fitting) andcomparative analysis method, it generates organic environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals waterquality criteria of Weihe River in Shaanxi Province (totally7species), among which, the criteria maximumconcentration (CMC) and the criteria continuous concentration (CCC) of2,4-DCP, DEP, DBP, PCP, BPA,p,p’-DDT,4-NP is1488.5μg/L,6240μg/L,161.5μg/L,19μg/L,439μg/L,0.044μg/L,5.57μg/L and297.7μg/L,1248μg/L,32.3μg/L,3.8μg/L,87.8μg/L,0.0087μg/L,1.114μg/L;(4)Using parameters and formulas of fresh water soluble metallic quality criteria which made byUSEPA, biological effect correction and the method of comparative analysis, it has established the waterquality criteria for heavy metals environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals of Weihe River in ShaanxiProvince (total3species), among which, the water quality criteria continuous concentrations of Pb, Cd, Aswere11.3μg/L,0.7μg/L and50μg/L;(5)This paper adopts equilibrium partitioning(EqP), experimental studies and the method ofcomparative analysis to establish the sediment quality criteria for organic environmental endocrinedisrupting chemicals of Weihe River in Shaanxi Province (total6species). The sediment quality criteria ofβ-666was0.041μg/kg (based on the CMC of USEPA for protection of aquatic life), sediment qualitycriteria of DDT was1.97μg/kg (based on the CMC derived by this paper) and0.39μg/kg (based on theCCC derived by this paper), sediment quality criteria of DDD was8.8μg/kg (based on GB3838-2002), sediment quality criteria of dieldrin was0.0046μg/kg (based on the CMC of USEPA for protection ofaquatic life) and0.0011μg/kg (based on the CCC of USEPA for protection of aquatic life), sediment qualitycriteria of endrin was0.0016μg/kg (based on the CMC USEPA for protection of aquatic life) and0.0007μg/kg (based on the CCC USEPA for protection of aquatic life), sediment quality criteria ofpentachlorophenol was11.53μg/kg (based on the CMC derived by this paper) and2.31μg/kg (based on theCCC derived by this paper);(6)It has applied the equilibrium partitioning (EqP) and the method of comparative analysis toestablish the water quality criteria for heavy metals environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals of WeiheRiver in Shaanxi Province (totally3species), among which, sediment quality criteria of Pb was22mg/kg(SQC-low) and39.7mg/kg(SQC-high), sediment quality criteria of Cd was1.7mg/kg(SQC-low)and9.5mg/kg(SQC-high), sediment quality criteria of As was7.7mg/kg (SQC-low) and17.4mg/kg(SQC-high);(7)Based on the over criteria rate and the supercriteria multiple in the water quality criteria whichhave established above, the author analyzed influence for aquatic organisms and summarized distributionregularity of7species organic environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals in three seasons (dry season, normal season and wet season) of Weihe River in Xi′an city (a part of Weihe River in Shaanxi Province).
