This article reviewed present domestic and foreign research situation of computer truck dispatching system, studied solving algorithms of vehicle routing problems, introduced and researched the interacting with geospatial technologies theory, and proposed one kind of heuristic scheduling algorithm based on discrete location information of the truck. The heuristic algorithm was used to predict the truck location at a future time through constructing probability density distribution function of mobile speed in the mining for each truck. According to the objective function, we calculated the values of the adjacent nodes from the current position, chose path nodes of the truck routing, and made vehicle routing plans based on current truck location. Applying user-center design and usability engineering development principle, taking the end user as the center, we achieved function structure design of the truck real-time dispatching decision system, and described the functions which the system was required to achieve in detail. With a simple heuristic scheduling algorithm as the reference algorithm, the heuristic algorithm based on the current position of the truck was made comparison. The conclusion showed that under normal conditions, two kinds of algorithm performed the same, however, when an accident occurred, the heuristic algorithm based on the current truck location performed better than the simple heuristic algorithm.
