| The development and popularization of computer technology and network technology have brought humanity into a new era of informationization,and created prerequisites for the penetration of personalized and customized technologies into various industries.With the change of consumer consumption concepts and the maturity of consumer psychology,spectacles have become more than a tool for correcting eyesight or protecting eyes,and gradually become a kind of fashionable product that can express emotions and show individuality.The traditional spectacles design process is tedious,the cycle is long,and the innovation of spectacles products is slow,which is difficult to meet the personalized demands of users.In addition,the spectacles industry has not yet formed a complete customization system,and the cost of customizing spectacles for minority groups is high.In order to promote the transformation of the spectacles industry towards mass customization,it is particularly important to innovate the spectacles design process to achieve the design goals of multiple varieties,high quality,low cost and short life cycle.The theories and methods of multi-disciplinary fields such as design science,user psychology,cognitive psychology,kansei engineering,statistics,computer graphics,etc.are applied comprehensively to study the spectacles design process in mass customization,and a digital spectacles design method based on the user’s personalized demands is proposed.The specific research contents are as follows.This thesis proposes a method of spectacles user demands configuration that integrates user satisfaction.The fuzzy clustering analysis method is integrated into Kano model to classify spectacles user demands.A fuzzy best-worst method is used to improve the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to prioritize the user demands,and the configuration of that is completed accordingly.Aiming at the aesthetic requirements of the spectacles user demands configuration,a spectacles aesthetic design method based on kansei engineering is proposed.To study the relationship between spectacles modeling and the vocabulary of kansei image,the principal component analysis method and factor analysis method are used to classify the kansei image into style image,and the cluster analysis method is used to classify the styles of the spectacles modeling samples,and the relationship between modeling design elements and modeling style image is analyzed.The color,material,finishing(CMF)and the modeling elements are merged to form the aesthetic design elements of spectacles,and the neural network prediction model between the aesthetic design elements and the style image is constructed.A sample library of spectacles CMF is also established,and through digging deeper into the relationship between CMF design elements and spectacles style,the translation of CMF design elements is realized.Aiming at the difference in the size of the spectacles user demands configuration,a digital design method of spectacles based on the three-dimensional features of the head is proposed.The mathematical relationship between the three-dimensional characteristics of the user’s head and the design size parameters of spectacles is established,and a digital design system for spectacles is developed based on the NX platform,which realizes the rapid design of spectacles models with the change of the head sizes.Based on the above spectacles design method,a three-dimensional spectacles intelligent adaptation system is developed to realize the digital design of spectacles and meet the personalized demands of users,by which the feasibility of the digital design method of spectacles based on the user’s personalized demands proposed in this paper is verified. |
