Industrial CNC interaction is an important Branch of Human-computer interaction.With the development of touch screen technology,the level of intelligence of industrial NC equipment is getting higher and higher,the functions of high-end industrial numerical control products are becoming more and more abundant.In order to improve the usability of interface design for industrial NC products,How to design an industrial NC interactive interface that compliance with work logic and user requirements,attracts more and more attention in the industry.However,the current state of the touch interface design in the industry still stops at the functional satisfaction,its still lack of user-centered design.This paper arranges the theory of user experience and usability,extends them to the field of industrial digital touch interactive interfaces,deconstructs the functions of commonly used interface of industrial NC equipment,analyses and induces design point of common function pages.Proposes structure process of Industrial CNC core business function page,which based on task-oriented and role-oriented.Summarizes six usability design principles of industrial NC touch interface.Proposes availability evaluation system of industrial NC touch interface under the development cycle perspective.Under the limits of time and resources,starts from the stages of information design,interaction and operation,collection and feedback.Quickly uses every kinds of various usability evaluation methods to evaluate and adjust flexibly.It improves the theory of user experience and usability in the design of industrial NC touch interactive interface,and provides methodological support for the design of the same type interface.This paper takes the interface design and usability study of numerical control press touch screen as a case.Re-constructing the touch interactive interface of industrial numerical control press using the construction process of industrial numerical control function page for task and role analysis;Using the usability evaluation system of industrial touch screen interface design from the perspective of product development evaluated the interface design of numerical control press.Combined with eye movement analysis,heuristic evaluation,usability test and questionnaire,the usability of the press system was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively.It provides a reference for practical cases for the usability evaluation of similar system interfaces.
