Adding to the iron and steel production process appears typical strong coupling, long processes, multi-process and other characteristics, as well as the production complexity of raw materials and the product categories growing surge increase the demands for quality control. In addition, with the scale expansion and speeding up of the iron and steel industry, the existing measurement technology has been difficult to meet the demand of enterprise’s informatization and digitization, the development of a solution for the accurate, real-time measurement technology in every link of production raw material consumption metering and guiding enterprises to take timely measures has been imminent. As a result, the quality measuring control is not only the key point but also a difficult point of the iron and steel enterprise production and operation management.In this paper, take the quality of the iron and steel production metering control of a large steel enterprise in Yunnan as the research object.Use the information technology to track material consumption, keep material balance and track the source of problem products, thus do seek the methods to solve the quality problems from the essential factors which affect the quality of products, fianlly realize the goal to improve product quality, make the lowest material consumption and enhance deep processing ability.To these end, this article takes the following research:Aiming at the issue that most of the iron and steel enterprise monitoring parameters are not precise numbers and cannot using the traditional method for precise modeling, introduce the concept of interval numbers in the process of establishing quality monitoring model, using the way of interval changes to better express the changing process of monitoring parameters. Based on the fact, introduce least squares support vector machine (SVM) to complete the establishment of the monitoring model. Interval number and the least squares support vector machine (SVM) solve the precise input, interval number output and the monitor problem in production process, This paper provides a new train of thought for the establishment of the iron and steel industry quality control variable parameter model,Despite quality control is a problem of more working procedures and some tasks in parallel processing, many processes and tasks have different hierarchy of needs. For this fact, the concept of hierarchical classification is introduced. According to the properties of the steel production process, the tasks for the different levels of requirements in the computer control system are divided into subsystems of different modules and shall be completed respectively in the different level of processors. Base on hierarchical control thought, complex control problems are transformed into a series of relatively simple control problems. In addition, introduce the integrated back model to successfully track the logical relationship among related information of enterprise production business and locate the root cause of quality problems of production. Improve the level of enterprise product quality control ulteriorly and provide the reproducible experiential template for enterprises to realize automatic monitoring and trace product quality problems.In order to achieve the enterprise measurement control unattended and timely, accurately and effectively measurement of the raw material, products and transportation process, establish a comprehensive backtracking model of the distribution measurement control, which synthetically utilizes the same data collection technology with more agreements. Improve the real-time, reliability of data transmission, and realize on-line monitoring of the quality data, metering unattended and remote automatic metering.Combined with quality control model and metering control model, design the quality and measurement control system based on network bus, which distribute all key detection points and measurement site into an integrated network platforms of the quality measurement system. It achieves the accuracy of materials measurement, ratio and transmission in the production process, reduces the material consumption in production and transportation processes, ensures the quality of products reach the standard and provides a new solution to quality and measurement control for iron and steel enterprises. |
