| An increasing number of studies and cases have proved that job stress is inextricably linked with the occurrence of accidents.With the continuous development of coal mine production technology and the rapid improvement of the automatic level of the mechanical equipment,requirements for skills of coal miners have become higher and higher.In the coal production process,the vast majority of workers are engaged in underground production operation.In underground production operation,there are many factors which would easily cause job stress,such as the poor work environment,high risk and heavy production responsibilities and so on.Excessive job stress would have a negative impact on individual workers,and to a certain extent,affect the unsafe behavior of workers,thus ending up with safety accidents.In this dissertation,research was conducted to investigate job stress of coal miners,clearly define the concept of "job stress among coal miners" and its structure,and analyze the mechanism of how job stress affects the safe behavior of coal miners,with the aim of clarifying the impact of job stress on the unsafe behavior by analyzing the structure and propagation mechanism of job stress,thereby providing a basis and reference for controlling unsafe behavior and then preventing the occurrence of safety accidents.In this dissertation,first of all,the Grounded Theory was used to make a systematic analysis on the structure of job stress among coal miners,define the concept of "job stress among coal miners",and divide job stress among coal miners into 6 dimensions:the work environment stress,the post responsibility stress,the interpersonal relation stress,career development stress and family environment stress.Moreover,the questionnaire survey and empirical test were adopted to make exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses on the 6 dimensions of job stress among coal miners.Lastly,the structural model of job stress among coal miners was established from both theoretical and empirical perspectives.The propagation model of job stress among coal miners was built,based on the actual situation about the propagation of job stress among coal miners in grassroots units.The propagation of job stress among job stress was stimulated by applying the propagation dynamics and NETlogop program.In the propagation of job stress,coal miners can play 4 roles:neutral propagator,active propagator,passive propagator,and the immunized.Rules of stress propagation among the four roles were studied to further clarify the propagation-development mechanism of stress propagation among coal miners.On this basis,the job stress intervention technique by resorting to acquaintance immunization was put forward.The multi-level analysis was adopted to discuss the mechanism of how job stress affects unsafe behavior of coal miners.First of all,reliability and validity analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software,and the difference in each variable along with the changes of demographic factors was tested.Confirmatory factor analyses on relevant variables were carried out using structural equation modeling.Based on the preprocessed data,empirical tests showed that job stress had a significantly positive correlation with unsafe behavior.The hierarchical regression method was adopted to verify that negative emotion has mediating effects on job stress and unsafe behavior;error aversion culture has moderating effects on negative emotion and unsafe behavior;negative emotion and error aversion culture have mediating effects on job stress and unsafe behavior.Relevant physiological signal detection technique was used for experimental research on job stress among coal miners based on heart rate variability(HRV).Through stress inducing experiment,HRV signals of coal miners under different grades of job stress were analyzed and processed,and the method of HRV detection was presented.On this basis,job stress intervention strategies based on behavior guidance and work environment improvement were proposed.In above research,a systematic analysis was made of the concept and structure of job stress among coal miners.On the basis of research on the job stress propagation rules,this dissertation achieved an extension on the theory and methodology related to the influence mechanism of job stress on unsafe behaviors among coal miners and presented countermeasures for job stress identification and stress intervention.Therefore,this research helps to raise the awareness and managerial level of coal enterprises with respect to job stress among coal miners,enriches research methods for safety management,and has great practical and theoretical value for safety management and accident prevention of coal mines. |
