| The proportion of human accidents in the coal industry in my country accounts for more than 90%.The miners’ unsafe behavior is the primary factor leading to major accidents.The research focuses on the impact of the typical antecedent variable leadership non-contingent punishment behavior on the miners’ unsafe behavior in the management factors.It is of great significance to manage the unsafe behaviors of employees in coal mining enterprises and to curb the occurrence of coal mine accidents in our country.Based on the social exchange theory,attribution theory and neutralization technology theory,the article takes the first-line miners of the XC coal mine comprehensive mining team as the research object,and combines the actual situation of coal mining enterprises to carry out related research on the impact mechanism of non-contingent punishment and unsafe behavior of miners.The specific research conclusions are as follows:⑴The relationship between non-contingent punishment and miners’ unsafe behavior is expounded.On the basis of case analysis and literature review,this paper conduct semi-structured interviews with miners to obtain basic information about the characteristics of unsafe behaviors and influencing factors of miners.It is determined that non-contingent punishment is the key influencing factor of miners’ unsafe behaviors,and the relationship between non-contingent punishment and miners’ unsafe behaviors is analyzed.⑵A model of the influence mechanism of non-contingent punishment on miners’ unsafe behavior is constructed.On the basis of the above research results,the relationship non-contingent punishment,negative emotions,mind wandering,psychological capital and unsafe behavior is analyzed.Propose hypothesis based on theoretical analysis and existing research;A theoretical model with non-contingent punishment as independent variable,miners’ unsafe behavior as dependent variable,negative emotions and mental wandering as mediating variable,and psychological capital as moderating variable was established.⑶The model of influence mechanism of non-contingent punishment on unsafe behavior of miners is tested.On the basis of putting forward research hypothesis and constructing theoretical model,mature questionnaires at home and abroad were modified and designed in combination with Chinese situation and language habits of miners.Questionnaires were distributed during the pre-shift meeting.Questionnaires and statistical analysis methods were used to test the data with the help of SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 software.Non-contingent punishment positively affects the miners’ unsafe behavior;Negative emotion plays a mediating role in the effect of non-contingent punishment on miners’ unsafe behavior.Mind wandering mediated the effect of non-contingent punishment on miners’ unsafe behavior.Negative emotion and mental wandering play a chain mediating role in the effect of non-contingency punishment on miners’ unsafe behavior.Psychological capital moderates the relationship between non-contingent punishment and negative emotions.⑷The countermeasures to control the unsafe behavior of miners are put forward.According to the causal chain theory,combined with the above research conclusions,this paper analyzes the control ideas of miners’ unsafe behavior,and puts forward several suggestions on the control of unsafe behavior of miners from the perspectives of non-contingency punishment,negative emotions,mind wandering and psychological capital,which provides some enlightenment in practice.There are 7 figures,17 tables and 91 references in this paper. |
