The twin-roll continuous casting and continuous rolling process is the cutting-edge technology for the production of sheet metal.In principle,the twin-roll continuous casting and continuous rolling process is difference with those techniques of the Flexible Thin Slab Rolling(FTSR),Compact Strip Production(CSP)and Inline Strip Production(ISP),which are developed in recent years.On the basis of investigation and research,the line of twin-roll continuous casting and continuous rolling of lead strip has been successfully developed and put on the market.Therefore,the research on the heat transfer in twin-roll continuous casting of lead strip and load distribution control in continuous rolling process is carried out in the paper:? The heat transfer model in twin-roll continuous casting process of lead strip is established which combined with the correlation model of continuous casting process of lead strip based on the complexity of heat transfer process and analysis of the heat transfer properties of slab in twin-roll continuous casting.At the same time,the initial conditions,boundary conditions and physical parameters of the model are also given.? On the basis of the heat transfer model for continuous casting of lead strip,the preliminary process parameters are obtained through the study of process parameters which are pouring temperature of molten lead,the depth of molten pool and the roll casting speed of twin-roll continuous casting process and the study of temperature field and rolling pressure in the continuous casting zone.? The reasonable process parameters are obtained by using the research and development of twin-roll caster of lead strip based on the influence of process parameters on the casting slab quality.Then a contrast experiment on conductivity,corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the products produced by twin-roll continuous casting process and single-roll continuous casting process are conducted.The results show that the material property of lead strip casted by twin-roll continuous casting process is obviously better than that casted by single-roll continuous casting process.? The rolling force model of lead strip is established by analyzing the structure of the tandem mill and the force analysis of the continuous rolling process(considering the elastic deformation of roll).In order to reduce the error between the calculated and measured values of the rolling force,the adaptive correction model of rolling force is established,including the adaptive learning model of deformation resistance and the adaptive learning model of friction coefficients.The two models are compared and the accuracy of the adaptive learning model of rolling force is verified through simulation analysis.The objective function and constraint conditions of lead strip rolling process are built according to the different production process of each frame in the process of lead strip rolling.? Considering the complexity of lead strip thickness,press rolling ratio,the accuracy of strip shape and power consumption of tandem mill in the process of seven roll continuous rolling of lead strip,it is difficult to accurately establish the real-time load distribution model of rolling process in the lead strip.The model free adaptive iterative learning control(MFAILC)method is used.According to the characteristics of tandem mill,intelligent control of rolling force load distribution of lead strip based on disturbance compensation(IC-MFAILCDC)model is built through the improvement of MFAILC method.? In order to verify the feasibility and superiority of IC-MFAILCDC model,the IC-MFAILCDC algorithm,empirical control algorithm and PID control algorithm are contrasted experimentally on the lead trip rolling mill.The speed,reduction,rolling force,rolling power,shape and product quality of each frame of the lead strip mill are compared by three algorithms.Experimental results show that the optimization results based on IC-MFAILCDC algorithm are better than Empirical control algorithm and PID algorithm.The load distribution,the shape control and the lead strip quality can be controlled by using IC-MFAILCDC algorithm.Compared with the empirical control algorithm and the PID control algorithm,the power consumption of lead strip continuous rolling system using IC-MFAILCDC algorithm is reduced by 8% and 6% respectively.It reduces the power consumption of the system effectively by using IC-MFAILCDC algorithm.The heat transfer model for twin-roll continuous casting of lead strip and the load distribution control of continuous rolling process are studied.It is important to develop the theory of continuous casting of lead strip and continuous rolling process.It also has a good application prospect in the textile engineering which includes non-woven fabric materials with stuffing hot bonding,rubber and plastic sheet and foam board.
