Study the culture construction of All-round construction of the socialist period is carried out within the scope of the Marxist cultural theory, rather than the western theory of other cultures.This paper first introduces the theory of writing support-Marxist cultural theory.The cultural construction in the Period of All-round Socialist Construction was carried out in a very complicated international and domestic environment. "Great Leap" period(1958.05-1961.12),launched a comprehensive cultural construction of the "Great Leap ", but the party found the mistake in time and corrected it, the correction was not complete, "Great leap " continued, cultural construction went through a serious twists and turns. Adjustment period (1961.01-1964.12),after three years of comprehensive adjustment, cultural construction restored orderly situation, came back to life again. Serious "Left" period (1965.01-1966.05),the guiding ideology of this period turned to the "Left", the political color of cultural construction was becoming more and more serious, went to the wrong region gradually, became the prelude of the "Cultural Revolution".The cultural construction in the Period of All-round Socialist Construction made great achievements, has an important position in the history of socialist culture. Our party construct socialist culture in the exploration, under the guidance of correct cultural theory, the cultural construction made great achievements, establish the guiding status of Marxism;in the aspect of moral construction,initially built socialist moral system; the development and prosperity of cultural undertakings; public cultural service system gradually improved; cultural soft power gradually enhanced. In the cultural field, it has achieved a prosperous state. This article summarizes its historical position from the following aspects.preliminarily explored the road of socialist cultural development, initially established the basic road of cultural development, and has become the foundation of the Chinese characteristic socialist road, further promote the cultural theory of Marxism chinization, inherited the theory of new democratic culture, formed the theory of socialist cultural construction, and also the thought foundation of the socialism with Chinese characteristics socialist culture theory, was a new stage of Marxist theory of culture development.More importantly, the achievements and mistakes, experiences and lessons provide a positive and negative mirrors for socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, are the theoretical and practical basis.The cultural construction in the Period of All-round Socialist Construction brought us the most precious spiritual wealth is some basic experiences. Such as,pay attention to the ideology attribute of culture and resist dogmatism,follow the law of cultural development and oppose the "left" mistakes,adhere the adaption of cultural construction and the political and economic foundation and criticize culture reasonably,adhere to the party leadership over the socialist cultural undertakings and avoid forming a centralized planned management mode. These basic experiences are important to the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics at present. But, failed to fully adhere to these experiences, or swing to these experiences, resulting the twists and turns of the cultural construction.The cultural construction in the Period of All-round Socialist Construction was carried on in a complex international and domestic environment, social conditions and historical reasons were also very complex, human factors also effected the cultural construction, we must treat this period comprehensively from the perspective of history and times. The Realistic enlightenment of cultural construction in the Period of All-round Socialist Construction are the following four aspects:adhere to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts, improve socialist democracy and legal system, improve the ability of the party leadership culture construction, rely on the masses of the people.The party has made scientific history resolutions on the merits and demerits of this decade. "The Period of All-round Socialist Construction" has passed nearly five decades, now, the Party lead the people open up the stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics successfully. This article is to examine the cultural construction of the Period of All-round Socialist Construction, summarize the lessons and historical status, to uphold and deepen the socialist cultural theory, continue to broaden the socialist cultural road, to achieve the development and prosperity of the cultural, highlight the main theme of socialist culture.
