Main objective of the study is to explore the function and impact of the core strength training in the construction of kinetic chain of the tennis main technical action, and to create the methods of evaluation about the core strength training and kinetic chain, and to provide a theoretical basis for reference. The significance of the study design is:Building a theory to guide practice; setting standards, timely diagnosis; implementation of training etc. The Study using literature data, expert interviews, questionnaires and laboratory tests. Mixed design ANOVA analysis the relevance about the compare different means of core strength training, special physical fitness, tennis main technical kinetic chain parameters change and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis of major technical movements in disguise, each index exists opposing the analysis of the relationship. The results that:(1) The tennis player enhance the core muscles abilities of batting stable body posture and center of gravity, producing and transfer strength, though the core stability training, free weights training and core specialized strength training.(2) The various aspects action of body's movement chain is through the nerves, muscles, joints, according to a certain order connected ring chain system, and this including the flexion and extension function chain, before the flexion and extension function chain, around lateral functional chain, spiral cross-functional chain, front and rear upper limb function chain of five chain mode. And the first three are more important for the tennis main skills.(3) After six weeks of the core strength training intervention, after the experiment, the special fitness level, the racket head speed, center of gravity and body control, as well as special ITN batting ability the of players than before was significantly improved, and core+traditional strength training group, significantly better than the simple core strength training group.(4) Tennis Technical movement kinetic chain built lies, according to the swing structure special needs, specialized strength training as the core focus on training to coordinate capacity as the basis of stability training and traditional basic strength training, physical training and special expression docking. Highlight the desired nerves, strength and energy development in the batting special operation mode.(5) Throw the medicine ball, maximum power, single leg ball around to the side of the body to swing and hit the ball deep ball training and testing means to enhance the power of the kinematic chain of diagnosis, the output power, physical stability, coordination and body an effective way to control effect.
