Since the beginning of the 21 st century,core strength training has been used as a training method for enriching strength,physical training,and pertinence and application.It has been favored by first-line workers in developed countries of European and American competitive sports,and it has also competed in competitive sports in China.Mass fitness has a greater impact.Its proposed positive effect is to strengthen the strength of the body's core area and improve the body's stability,promote force transmission,prevent injuries,and recover after injury.However,combing and summarizing the research results on core strength training found that many scholars mainly focused on the promotion of core strength training in athletic ability and sports performance,and focused on improving physical fitness,lacking research on technical skills improvement,and involving the promotion of children's tennis technical skills.There is less empirical research on improving athletic performance.In view of this,in order to reveal the core strength training to improve the technical skills of tennis and the development status of the training under different sports backgrounds,the relationship between core strength training and the development of basic athletic ability and the promotion of special athletic ability of children's tennis beginners is discussed.Through the use of literature,experimentation,and expert interviewing methods,it is concluded that the sensitivity,coordination quality,strength,balance,and other changes of young children's tennis beginners,as well as the independence and correlation among technical indicators,are analyzed.The following conclusions:1.There was no significant difference in the quality of sensitivity coordination,lumbar flexion and extension;there was a significant difference in lumbar flexion,left side bridge and standing left leg secondary long jump;closed eyes left and right foot standing and FMS-hurdle step,FMS-torso stability push-ups There are significant differences.2.There is a significant difference in the forehand depth of the bottom line.There is no significant difference in the backhand depth of the bottom line and the accuracy ofthe bottom forehand.However,compared with the mean,the experimental group obtained a higher training effect than the control group,indicating that the higher the body balance ability and the core stability ability,it helps to improve the accuracy of the bottom line backhand,the depth of the hitting ball and the depth of the interception ball.3.In the context of different sports,after 6 weeks of tennis skills training,the experimental group was better than the control group in mastering the forward and backward hitting skills of tennis.4.The formation of technical skills in tennis is based on the improvement of sensitive coordination,the improvement of core stability,the conversion of pace,and the enhancement of ball control awareness.The use of core strength training will help to improve the sports conditions and skills.
