Human life has been seriously endangered by growing environmental problems.Eco-geochemistry evaluation is of great important in environmental quality assessment.Shanxi Provence as the ecological barrier of Beijing is choosed to be the study area.As China's first major coal producing area and heavy chemical base,the environmental pollution problem in Shanxi Provence is popular.On the basis of multipurpose regional geochemical survey,this paper analyzed the natural and man-made sources of soil elements and element geochemical behavior influence factors through the typical soil profile,atmospheric deposition,fertilization and irrigation water.Finally,ecological effects assessment of anomaly elements is producted by staple crops and main vegetables and root soils in study area.The results showed that,1)The soil organic carbon was significantly lower than the national soil background values in Shanxi Province.Due to the high pH value,the soil is alkaline.2)Besides the DaTong Basin,there is enriched in Hg in other basins.Most of the basins also appeared to Mo,Pb and Se enrichment.Most of the heavy metals are higher than soil background values in shanxi,Especially the mercury.Cd,Hg,Ni,and Cu is higher than China soil background values.Heavy metal element content in datong basin is the lowest,in addition to Hg element is the highest in xinzhou basin,the rest were highest in changzhi basin;3)In recent 20 years,Soil organic carbon storage showed a significantly increase in Shanxi Province.The resoults showed that the soil organic carbon and inorganic carbon density are both stable under 9 ?.Temperature is significantly positive correlate to Soil inorganic carbon density,when it is higher than 10 ?.However,the relationship between temperature and soil organic carbon density is opposite.There is no distinctly linear relation between the soil organic carbon desity and annual annual precipitation.4)Cd,Hg,N,P,Se and B are enriched in surface soil.But,Pb,Cu,Zn,Mn and Mo are stable in the soil profiles.5)Atmospheric deposition is the main input fluxs of As,Cd,Hg,Pb,Al,and Se.However,F is mainly through chemical fertilizer input.6)Security of corn is low in Taiyuan basin.Hg,As,Pb content in the straw is generally higher than seeds;7)There are no elements out of limits.According to the content of elements in crops,Recommendations to reduce peppers,cucumber plant.The diference of Enrichment coefficient in different kinds of vegetables and different elements is very big.Leaf vegetables are far higher than that of solanaceous fruit.
