Digital mine is a hot research topic in mining field.However,grid based deposit model,which international digital mine software commonly used,has a contradiction that "gaining speed by losing accuracy,or gaining accuracy by reducing speed" while reserves calculating of mining optimization.To solve the problem,a vector deposit modeling is proposed.However researches on vector modeling of deposit model are lackness.Therefore,it is necessary to study vector modeling method of deposit model to improve operation speed and calculation accuracy of mining optimization,besides the certain theoretical and practical value.This thesis aims at solving vector deposit model.By using topology technology,computer graphics,graphics processing technology and mining science,and existing geological data of mine,this paper constructs a 3D vector block deposit model stacked by layered prisms according to mine spatial topological structure.Basic research of the 3 typical applications in digital mine is studied,such as 3D visualization of mine,open-pit boundary optimization and open-pit schedule planning.Examples of operations combined with the actual mine are carried out,main results can be summarized as follows:1)In this paper,ore deposit model is divided into morphological model and quality model to describe ore body-form and quality.It can meet the needs of digital mine in calculation of ores and rocks' quantity,3d visualization and ore blending optimization.2)This paper proposes a modeling method of 3D vector block deposit model.First extracts the topological closed contours of geological map by the iteration algorithm of multiway tree traversal for closing polygon,and then matches the adjacent hierarchical closed polygons,thus establishes a 3D vector block deposit model.3)The 3D vector block deposit model is applied to 3D visualization of digital mine.By using virtual reality technology and partition method,rapid dynamic model of large-scale complex scenes in open-pit mine surface,stope and ore deposit can be realized.4)The 3D polymerization cone method of open-pit boundary is proposed.It directly constructs the boundary cone of every ore body in every horizontal slice by middle line method,then judges the rationality of boundary cone by the principle of economic stripping ratio.Finally,combines all acceptable boundary cones to form optimal open-pit boundary.The method is simple and convenient,and can improve the optimization speed of the scheme.5)Interactive aided design method is adopted to design mining schedule planning.It realizes schedule planning contents,such as automatic calculation of the ore and rock quantity,pit line layout,shovel plan,statements plan and year-end map.With reliable accuracy,the method can meet the requires of mining production.6)By studing 3 examples of 3D virtual reality,open pit boundary delineation and open-pit mine scheduling,the results shows:the automatic construction vector deposit model,based on existing geological data of mine,has the advantages of simple,high precision and high speed.And the 3 typical applications in digital mine based on the deposit model have achieved good results.The following innovations are made initially:1)The 3D vector block deposit model is first put forward and used in this study.Compared with international popular deposit model based on grid,this new model not only improves the adaptability of mine production data,conformed to our national conditions,but also improves computing speed,and provides convenient for the mining optimization of multi mining scheme;2)The core algorithm of 3D vector block deposit model for extracting closed contour by the multiway tree traversal is proposed.This algorithm has the advantage of high speed which helps realize dynamic modeling of deposit model;3)The 3D polymerization cone method of open-pit boundary based on 3D vector block deposit model is proposed.The optimization method improves the optimization speed of the scheme by using simple arithmetic.
