Compared with traditional monitoring system,the network technologies used in safety monitoring system in underground mine are supposed to bear the characteristics of higher real-time ability and reliability.In addition,due to the particularities of mining environment,the monitoring platform's extensibility should be flexible.The application of safety monitoring platform for mining mainly realizes the following functions: monitoring the individual monitoring sites for environmental parameters by constructing communication network;collecting the position information of miners and monitoring the working status of equipment;analyzing,processing,saving and displaying all kinds of data as well as controlling the equipment remotely.For the demands mentioned above,reliability and real-time ability are the key indicators to evaluate the performance of the network,which directly affects the time response and perception performance of the monitoring system.But because of the irregular tunnel environment in most dusty area,the reliability and realtime ability of the heterogeneous wireless network is an urgent and challenging problem.Considering the importance of the resource scheduling method in heterogeneous network on enhancing the efficiency of the communication system under mine environment,this article mainly focuses on how to improve the universality,reliability and real-time ability of the network by studying the key network communication technology which is suitable for mine production,and the aim is to make full use of network resources to achieve the ultimate goal of interconnection between heterogeneous networks.This article studies the scientific method for the reliable transmission and the management of multiple network resources by using the flexibility and interconnection of heterogeneous network.A hardware architecture and corresponding soft protocol for mine security monitoring system are established by integration technology in wireless heterogeneous network.For traditional wireless sensor network(WSN),due to the need to clock synchronization and exchanging other network scheduling information via wireless channel.To avoid the conflict of access time slot,the protocol based on time slice scheduling consumes a lot of valuable network spectrum resources.And the communication network based on wired/wireless heterogeneous networks can avoid air conflict of radio frequency to a great extent.Synchronization information between subnets can be interacted by the gateways connected to the cable backbone,and the characteristics of cable network can guarantee the accuracy of the wireless network synchronization.This text regards the common key techniques in heterogeneous wireless networks in environments of mining as the research object,focusing on the stability of the wireless network in industrial environment.Based on the independence of the heterogeneous network and performance optimization under multiple constraints,a layered network architecture is proposed according to the characteristics of applications in environments of mining.To improve the utilization of communication bandwidth and realize the real-time compression by the technique of source coding,an adaptive frequency and amplitude(AFA)algorithm as well as a compression scheme based on correlation of signal are proposed without any effect on the original bandwidth.Since the mobile wireless nodes are working in irregular tunnel,a heterogeneous network with the backbone based on high speed industrial ethernet is deployed to enable the adaptation of kinds of harsh tunnel environment.In this text,an underground localization system based on combining acceleration sensor and wireless communication technology is designed to save battery energy and obtained an accurate location information.
