With the development of economy,energy demand is growing such as oil and gas.It has been an advanced research hotspot to improve the efficiency and regulation of oil production.The efficient management is the key mission of oil field production.The voltage,current,oil pressure,indicator diagram,and the other parameters of oil production machine can reflect the condition of the well.Up to now,the traditional regulation method of human inspection is being used in domestic oilfields,which is to measure and record the data in condition of pumping unit by manual operation.Using this method,it is hard to detect the defects and take measures to mine accident in time,and it has low efficiency and high risks.Therefore,it is significant to design a long-range condition data collection and transmission method for pumping unit to replace the miners.This paper studied the monitoring system development of the oil field,compared several kinds of wireless transmission technology,chose the wireless communication method combining the digital radio and wireless bridge technology,designed a system of condition data collection and transmission method for pumping unit,accomplished the design of system hardware and software and built the experimental platform at last.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,this paper studies the key technology of data measurement and transmission method for the condition data of pumping unit,including topological structure,routing protocol and channel access protocol.This paper also studied the characteristic of active routing protocol and on-demand routing protocol and chose one depend on the practical application.Based on the theory of network establishing,the general system project including the designing of hardware and software is accomplished.Secondly,this paper selected various key modules for the safe and reliable operation of the system and designed the hardware circuit of the acquisition plate including memory circuit,interface circuit and the other circuits.The design process of each device in the circuit modules is given in detail.Thirdly,this paper designed the software of the system,analyzed the overall framework of system software,built the system software development platform including the establishment of cross-compiling environment,the transplant of Linux embedded operating system and the opening of the NFS document shared service.In addition,this paper developed the device driver of I2 C as the support structure of A/D module sampling and developed the software of collection,transmission and warning for lower position machine system as well as the monitoring software for principal computer.Lastly,an experimental platform is built to test the communication of digital radio and wireless bridge and improve the function of collection and transmission for condition data as well as video.The experiment result shows that the long-range monitoring function for condition data collection and transmission in pumping unit is realized,which can replace the manual operation and has good practicability and advantages.
