Since China's accession to WTO, the external environment of the operation and management which Chinese enterprises face has been changed.Chinese enterprises are facing more and more pressure of market competition, the brain drain, advanced foreign technology and products to be eliminated because of the international factors of production, business integration trends.Therefore,Chinese companies face difficulties in the competition can not be avoided, the key of competitive dilemma is technological innovation.Then how to to carry out technical innovation? where are the focus point of technological innovation,or where is the core power source of technological innovation,and how to Foster technological innovation the core of the power source,and so on. The purpose of this study is to answer these questions.From technical,market and resource bottlenecks explore the perspective of technological innovation power have even become the mainstream. But with the development of knowledge economy, More and more scholars pay attention to explore the dynamic problem of technological innovation from human capital and social capital. Scholars proved human capital?social capital and business relationship between technological innovation performance,support the views of the power for technological innovation comes from the knowledge and ocial relations. However, human capital and social capital to promote technological innovation is a necessary condition but not sufficient condition. Foxconn incident also shows that low-cost, high-return human capital feast is over, Long-term stability and development of enterprises can not simple rely on the knowledge and skills taught strong staff's mental muscles, enhance the development of psychological capital will become the top priorityWith the rise of positive psychology movement, Psychological Capital is accepted by Schools which as the core of the general enthusiasm of the individual psychological factors, is beyond the human capital and social capital,can advance the individual through targeted investment and development.Scholars have put forward a clear-cut that innovation power and technological innovation performance is great relatted to the employees' psychological capital level. It is the study based on this understanding that views, proposed the view of discussion the technological innovation power source problems from psychological capital. The initial ideas:psychological capital,which is on behalf of the employees's positive psychological resources,is the fundamental technological innovation power source. Because of technological innovation requires the cooperation between employees,so there is exchanges about knowledge, information, identity between the staff,the exchanges is a kind of exchange about Psychological Capital.So, trust in the staff exchange must play a very important role. Furthermore, human behavior is closely related to environment, so we draw a conclusion that organizational climate of technological innovation have an impact on staff.To demonstrate the idea put forward, we reviewed the related researchs of Psychological Capital, enterprise technology innovation power, technological innovation performance, organizational trust, organizational innovation climate in chapte 2.Then we compared the psychological captial to human capital and social capital,at the same time,we draw support from Social Exchange Theory, Trust theory of Simmel, Maslow need theory,to probe the mechanism and the mechanism between Psychological Capital and technological innovation performance.that is, technological innovation in essence is the reflects on employees psychological capital level which is based on the trust.the psychological capital level determine the level of technological innovation performance, propose the conceptual model of the power source of enterprise technology innovation based on Psychological Capital.Since the conceptual model proposed,in chapter 4,we use the structural equation model to have a empirical research by the data obtained through questionnaires.we discuss the relationship among Psychological Capital, technological innovation performance and organizational trust, verificate the conceptual model is organization trust play the role of intermediary, Psychological Capital on the role of technological innovation performance. In order to improve the conceptual model,in chapter 5, We further described the regulation about Organizational innovation climate.then,we get a Complete model,that is, psychological capital of employee have a direct impact on the performance of technological innovation; organizational trust in the model play a part of the intermediary role; Organizational innovation climate play a regulatory role in the model.Through this study, theoretical and empirical exploration, we get the following conclusions:Theoretical analysis:Psychological Capital has become the core elements beyond human capital and social capital,it is one of the driving force in gaining access to sources of technology innovation. Psychological Capital play a key role in the power source model technological innovation;technology strategy is a direct source of enterprise technological innovation power; Psychological Capital by self-efficacy, hope, optimism, tenacity, have an effect on technological innovation performance;The core of the power source model of technological innovation's applications is to exploit psychological capital efficiently.Empirical results:psychological capital level of staff have a positive impact on Technological Innovation Performance.organizational trust in the model play a part of the intermediary role;Organizational innovation climate play a regulatory role in the model.In this study, we pull the psychological capital theory in technology innovation, expand the scope of application of psychological capital theory,develop the study field of the power of technological innovation.In the study,we build a power source model of technological innovation from psychological capital, to provide theoretical support about psychological capital theory used for technological innovation.
