Hydrated magnesium carbonate is a material with non-toxic,tasteless,high purity,good dispersion,low temperature thermal decomposition physical and chemical properties,which is not only widely applied to industrial field,but also has a potential market and broad prospects for development.However,hydrated magnesium carbonate applied to industrial field mainly is prepared by chemical regent at present.Hydrated magnesium carbonate deposits in nature has no literature data,the reason is that there is a weak research on formation conditions and metallogenic prediction of magnesium carbonate hydrate mineral.In order to solve this problem,magnesium carbonate hydrate crystals were prepared through the low temperature liquid phase method in the thesis.Relationship between crystal phase,crystalline morphology and crystal growth conditions of magnesium carbonate hydrate crystals was studied,and main influencing factors of hydrated magnesium carbonate crystal growth in the process was analyzed;Evolution of different phases of hydrated magnesium carbonate crystal microscopic structure were observed and evolution rules of magnesium carbonate hydrate crystal micro structure were analyzed;Through the comparison of magnesium carbonate hydrate formation environment and parameter of artificial hydrated magnesium carbonate crystal,natural hydrated magnesium carbonate mineral formation conditions were studied,metallogenic prospective zone of hydrated magnesium carbonate mineral was proposed,in addition,the characteristics of the prospective zone was analyzed.Through the research,crystal growth conditions of nesquehonite were determined.Research has found that microstructure evolution of hydrated magnesium carbonate crystal shows certain regularities.When reaction temperature is below 12? degree,hydrated magnesium carbonate crystal exists in the form of lansfodite.As the reaction temperature increases,lansfodite crystal will gradually transform to nesquehonite and carbonate hydroxide magnesium,and no other phase else appears in the process.Metallogenic prognosis was carried out in the paper,and the Arabian Gulf Trucial coast of Abu Dhabi region,moderate carbonate inland lake,sea brine area of sea salt drainage,Guatemala and Honduras shelf regional were proposed to become nesquehonite mineral metallogenic prospective areas,and Tibetan Bangong Lake area and Qaidam basin chaerhan salt lake area in China to become hydrate magnesite oreprospecting area.In this paper,the metallogenic conditions of hydrated magnesium carbonate were analyzed,experiment simulation was adopted,and combines the geological environment of hydrate magnesite from some producing areas,and hydrate magnesite metallogenic prospective zone was predicted.Research result will have certain guiding significance for exploring nesquehonite and hydrate magnesite mineral,a new idea will be provided for the prognosis of the natural mineral metallogenic prospective zone.
