Industrial smoke(dust)emission is one of the main culprits leading to the deterioration of the atmosphere.It involved in the composition of atmospheric particulate matter;it is the primary air environment pollutants in most cities in China;it is also the main culprit of occupational disease hazards,industrial dust caused by pneumoconiosis accounted for about 90% of the new occupational diseases in the country each year.Improper dust control can also lead to explosions.Cartridge dust collector can effectively control industrial fume(dust)pollution,with the advantages of strong applicability,moderate resistance,and efficiency.Cartridge dust cleaning is an important part of dust collector operation,and its performance directly affects the stable operation of dust collectors.However,the most widely used technology is the pulse reverse blowing dust cleaning technology has serious problems of poor dust cleaning,which restricts the stable and efficient operation of the filter cartridge dust collector.In view of this,this paper studies the new gold cone cartridge dust collector,examines and compares the mechanism of action and effect of diffusion nozzle and induction nozzle to improve the performance of pulse spray dust removal,mainly as follows:(1)A gold cone cartridge dust collector experimental system was constructed,based on which a CFD numerical simulation 3D model was established.The model was verified by grid independence and experimental verification,and the characteristics of the pulse blowing airflow in the gold cone cartridge were simulated and analyzed.The simulation found that the pressure in the gold cone canister accumulates from the bottom to the top when the pulse blowing is carried out,and the pressure shows the distribution characteristics of large bottom and small top,while there is almost no pressure gradient in the horizontal direction(radial direction of the canister).The effect of the height of the gold cone on the negative pressure in the upper region of the canister was also studied.(2)It was found that,from the simulation,when the peak positive pressure at the measurement point to characterize the blowing intensity,the average blowing intensity overall showed a weak first drop,then rise and then fall;the maximum pressure rise rate at the measurement point to characterize the blowing intensity,the average blowing intensity showed a first rise and then fall,the maximum value of 34.6 k Pa/s,corresponding to the gold cone height of 760 mm cartridge.Analysis found that in different blowing pressure(0.6?1.4 times)or consider the attached dust cake,the blowing intensity with the height of the gold cone to show first increase and then decrease,the overall blowing intensity with the change in the height of the gold cone to show the first increase and then decrease,the blowing height in the range of 710 ?810mm blowing intensity,and better uniformity.(3)A CFD numerical simulation 2D model was built to study the influence of the filter cartridge load dust cake on the dust-cleaning performance.It was found that the more the load of the filter cartridge dust cake was,the greater the pressure inside the filter cartridge was,the higher the injection intensity was,the better the uniformity was,and the less the jet airflow through the filter cartridge was.In the process of pulse injection,when the dust cake load is fixed,the airflow through the filter barrel shows a consistent trend of first rising and then falling under different dust cake load conditions.The spatial distribution of pulse injection pressure in the filter cylinder under the condition of dust cake peeling is similar to that under the condition of dust cake peeling,and the performance of pulse injection under the condition of dust cake peeling is worse,and its pressure wave peak decreases significantly in the middle and late period of injection.(4)The 2D numerical simulation was used to investigate the improvement effect of diffusion nozzle and induction nozzle on the cleaning performance of the gold cone filter cartridge.The analysis found that the diffusion nozzle helps to increase the pressure on the upper side wall of the canister and reduce the pressure on the lower side wall of the canister;the induction nozzle mainly enhances the blowing pressure in the middle and lower parts of the canister,and the enhancement effect on the upper part is not obvious.The combination of diffusion nozzle and gold cone canister case,mainly due to the gold cone canister in a smaller internal space into the more blowing air volume,while the diffusion nozzle and gold cone cooperation will be the dynamic pressure of the blowing air into a favorable blowing static pressure;induction nozzle and gold cone canister combination case,mainly due to the induction nozzle can suck more surrounding airflow into the canister,while in the gold cone canister under the effect of the guide flow,the More uniformly enhance the blowing strength of the inner wall of the canister.(5)Experimentally tested and compared the pressure distribution inside the canister under the conditions of diffusion nozzle and induction nozzle,and found that under the conditions of diffusion nozzle,the blowing intensity decreases with the increase of the blowing distance;under the conditions of induced nozzle,the blowing intensity decreases first and then increases with the increase of the blowing distance.Through the dust filtration and cartridge cleaning simulation experiments,it was found that both diffusion nozzle and induction nozzle improved the stability of the dust collector,and the diffusion nozzle had a better improvement effect than the induction nozzle.According to the average value of the first five cleaning,the residual pressure drop of the gold cone cartridge dust collector after pulse spray cleaning under the diffusion nozzle condition is reduced by 1.48 times;the cleaning interval is extended by 4.68 times;the dust fall quality is increased by 5.99 times;the residual pressure drop under the induction nozzle condition is reduced by 1.16 times;the cleaning interval is extended by 1.83 times;the dust fall quality is increased by 2.59 times compared with the common nozzle.
