Pulse cartridge filter,the mainstream dust removal equipment,is widely used in all kinds of scope in industry because of its high-efficiency.In the pulse cartridge filter,dust easily adheres to the inside of the fold,making it difficult to clean the filter cartridge.Therefore,this paper takes the commonly used filter cartridge in China as the test object,and studies the influence of pulse blowing operation parameters on the cleaning performance of the cartridge filter,providing a reference for the parameter selection of the cleaning system of the pulse cartridge filter.A pulse-jet experimental equipment is self-built,and the reliability of using peak pressure as an evaluation index to access the cleaning performance is studied.By changing the pulse blowing parameters,the influence of the nozzle diameter,blowing distance,cross-sectional area ratio between the nozzle-hole and the blow pipe,and Venturi tube are discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)When the filtration velocity is 0.6,0.8,1.0m/min,the relationship between the residual dust of the filter and the peak pressure is y = 1.0715e-0.0004x、y =1.4043e-0.0005x、Y=1.5476e-0.0005x,respectively.The peak pressure and the residual dust has a certain linear relationship,indicating that the larger the pressure peak,the less the residual dust,the better the filter cartridge.So the peak pressure can be used as an evaluation index to access the cleaning performance of the cartridge filter.(2)Based on the commonly used filter cartridge(Φ325×660mm),for a set nozzle diameter,with jet distance increases,the peak pressure increases first and then decreases.This fact reveals that there is a optimum jet distance for a set nozzle diameter.A mathematical model for jet distance S and nozzle diameter a was proposed:S =(D-d)/2 tan 22.43-0.87d+0.11d2/2,which is proved reliable and feasibility by a experiment and literature.(3)There is an optimum cross-sectional area ratio between the nozzle-hole and the blow pipe,and the optimum ratio is 38.72%in this study.Study shows that the optimum cross-sectional area ratio between the nozzle-hole and the blow pipe of pulse-jet bag filter is not consistent with the cartridge filter,so the cross-sectional area ratio of pulse-jet bag filter cannot be directly used to design the cleaning system of the cartridge filter.(4)Venturi tube not only can improve the cleaning strength of cartridge filter,but also ensure the uniformity of cleaning effect along cartridge filter,thus improving the cleaning strength of the whole cartridge filter.
