characteristics.The research content of contemporary Xinjiang fine art education within the context of "Silk Road" mainly includes the following eight chapters,each of which consists of the main text,the preliminary summary and the summary of the chapter.Chapter one is the introduction.It is divided into five sections: research origin and research status;Research questions,ideas and methods;Research scope,research significance and innovation;The main concepts related to this study are "One Belt and One Road","silk road","fine arts","fine arts education","Xinjiang fine arts education","excellent traditional Chinese culture","Xinjiang excellent traditional culture","fine arts education resources",and "inheritance and construction project of excellent Chinese traditional culture schools".Paper structure and research technical route.Chapter two is the general situation of contemporary Xinjiang art education development.Taking the development of art education in Xinjiang since the founding of the People’s Republic of China as the research object,the development of contemporary art education in Xinjiang has been systematically sorted out.Based on the summary of the development process of art education in Xinjiang basic education stage,art education in secondary schools and art education in colleges and universities,the achievements and problems in the development of art education,and reflects on and prospects of the art education in each stage have been discussed.Chapter Three is contemporary Xinjiang art education within the context of "Silk Road".This chapter discusses contemporary Xinjiang art education within the context of "Silk Road" in three dimensions.First,the value connotation and characteristics of the "Silk Road" including,a historical investigation of the relationship between the "Belt and Road" and the "Silk Road";to distinguish between the ancient "Silk Road" and the new era "Silk Road" concept;Xinjiang’s silk Road status and cultural heritage;"Silk Road" and Xinjiang art education.Second,the practical significance of the "Silk Road" spirit to Xinjiang art education,in order to synergistically promote the development of Xinjiang art education with the "Silk Road" spirit;Chinese excellent traditional cultural responsibility and the responsibility of Xinjiang art education era;to create a new level of art education in Xinjiang in the future.Third,the reconstruction of Xinjiang art education within the context of the "Silk Road",in order to find the rhythm of Western civilization,to compose a new edition of Xinjiang art education;the new era mission of Xinjiang art education under the context of the "Silk Road";to bind the cultural and creative industry with art education in Xinjiang.Chapter four is the value of Chinese excellent traditional cultural factors in contemporary Xinjiang art education under the "Silk Road" concept.This chapter is divided into four sections:first,the combination of Chinese excellent traditional culture factors and the reform of fine arts education curriculum including,the cultivation of Xinjiang excellent traditional culture resources,the connotation of Xinjiang excellent traditional culture resources,the development and utilization of Xinjiang fine arts education resources.Second,the effective connection between excellent traditional Chinese cultural factors and Xinjiang art education resources including,the "One Belt and One Road" initiative which provides a more vivid research content for art education;the rich cultural forms and ethnic customs along the silk road which are the important objects of the fine arts;the rich cultural heritage of "silk road" which has become an important research content of fine arts education curriculum.Third,the value of Chinese excellent traditional cultural factors in the fine arts curriculum including,the unique value of Chinese excellent traditional cultural resources in the fine arts curriculum;Chinese excellent traditional culture which enriches the content of fine arts education course.The development of regional art education curriculum resources which is conducive to the inheritance and development of excellent traditional culture,carrying forward excellent traditional culture in fine arts education which is helpful to improve students’ humanistic quality and cultural innovation ability.Fourth,the inheritance and protection of excellent curriculum resources in Xinjiang fine arts education comprising,the analysis of the core value of excellent traditional Chinese cultural resources and the function of humanistic education;excellent Chinese traditional culture and Xinjiang fine arts education curriculum grafting;the significance of fine arts education to the inheritance and protection of Chinese excellent traditional culture,strengthening cultural confidence to promote the prosperity of fine arts education in Xinjiang.Chapter five is the investigation and analysis of the integration of Chinese excellent traditional cultural resources and contemporary art education in Xinjiang.In this chapter,two questionnaire surveys into “art teachers ’recognition of Chinese excellent traditional culture and its teaching situation " and into “ students’ learning situation of excellent Chinese traditional culture in art education and teaching" have been carried out.This chapter is divided into four sections.In the first section,the investigation background,purpose and concept are discussed in detail to form the basic theoretical framework and research model of this research and provide theoretical support for the subsequent investigation.The second section analyzes the survey plan as well as the design of the implementation steps,combines the characteristics of the fine art discipline,compiles the questionnaire surveys,formulates the research plans and programs,and carries out specific research work.The third section analyzes the results of the surveys,further verifies and enriches the theory and practice of research by means of data,and deeply reflects on the research problem.The fourth section proposes countermeasures and suggestions,basing on investigation and implementation,investigation and analysis,starting from the reality of art education in schools and returning to the practice of art education in Xinjiang.This chapter reflects on the rational thinking of how the excellent traditional Chinese culture is implemented in the art education in Xinjiang.Chapter six is the fusion path of Chinese excellent traditional culture and contemporary Xinjiang fine arts education curriculum resources under the context of "silk road".This chapter explores the development and utilization of excellent traditional Chinese cultural resources in the basic education stage,secondary normal schools and fine arts education courses of colleges and universities in Xinjiang.On the basis of the current situation and countermeasures of the development and utilization of excellent traditional cultural resources in various stages of fine arts education curriculum,this chapter presents the development and teaching cases of excellent traditional Chinese cultural resources,and discusses the value orientation of excellent traditional cultural resources in fine arts education curriculum.Chapter seven is the future prospects of the development of contemporary Xinjiang art education in the "Silk Road" context.This chapter includes dissection of the development trend of art education in Xinjiang,in order to practice the development of art education in Xinjiang with an open and inclusive attitude;to clarify the future task and direction of the theoretical research on Xinjiang fine arts education;the
