Construction projects are often under the background of complex safety risks,and it is necessary to cut into the safety management of engineering projects from the perspective of resilience theory.In recent years,more and more construction project managers have begun to emphasize the value of the concept of resilience for the safety of construction projects.As an objective safety capability existing in projects,the safety resilience of construction projects urgently needs to clarify the occurrence mechanism of the safety resilience of construction projects,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the safety management level of construction projects.Although the existing research emphasizes the significant impact of safety leadership on safety performance,safety behavior and other factors,there is still a lack of research support on how managers influence the safety resilience of construction projects through safety leadership.Based on the theory of resilience construction,this study defines the key influencing factors of safety resilience of construction projects,and analyzes the hierarchical relationship of influencing factors of safety resilience of construction projects based on DEMATEL-ISM method.After that,it constructs the impact mechanism of dual path safety leadership based on safety culture and safety atmosphere on safety resilience of construction projects,and then uses fsQCA to define safety leadership,safety culture The linkage influence mechanism of safety behavior and other factors on the safety resilience of construction projects explains the configuration influence model of the safety resilience of construction projects.The main contents and contributions of this paper are summarized as follows:First,the existing research is at the stage of discussing the concept of safety resilience of constraction projects,lacking a clear concept of safety resilience of construction projects,an in-depth study of its influencing factors,and a clear measurement scale of safety resilience of construction projects.In view of the above defects,this research conducted a quantitative study on the existing research literature of resilience construction based on citespace software,and obtained key research literature;On this basis,the concept of safety resilience of construction projects was clearly defined.Based on the relevant achievements of resilience construction,supply chain resilience and organizational resilience,a measurement scale for safety resilience of construction projects was developed.The dimension division,reliability and validity of safety resilience of construction projects were explored using SPSS software and Amos software.Safety resilience of construction projects is a two-dimensional variable with two sub dimensions of risk prediction and response recovery learning,it provides a theoretical basis and measurement tool for the measurement of safety resilience of construction projects.Based on relevant literature,the influencing factors of safety resilience of construction projects were discussed,and the key influencing factors were identified,including safety leadership,safety report,redundancy,safety awareness,safety preparation,safety culture,team cooperation,self-organization,safety information transmission,fault tolerance,safety learning,flexibility;After that,DEMATEL-ISM method was used to quantitatively determine the hierarchical relationship of the key influencing factors,and analyze the essential factors,deep factors and surface direct factors.Second,the existing research on safety leadership mostly emphasizes its influence on variables such as safety performance,safety behavior,safety culture,and safety atmosphere,but the mechanism of the impact of safety leadership on the safety resilience of the project is still unclear.In addition,the differences between safety culture and safety atmosphere have also attracted the full attention of scholars,and the two cannot be completely confused.In view of the above defects,the study first proposed an impact model of safety leadership on safety resilience of construction projects based on the intermediary effect of resilient safety culture.In addition,in view of the differences between safety atmosphere and safety culture,the study further proposed an impact model of safety leadership on safety resilience of construction projects based on the intermediary and regulatory effect of safety atmosphere,and increased the consideration of psychological distance and regulatory effect of safety behavior.It is found that safety leadership has a significant positive impact on the resilience safety culture and the resilience safety culture dimensions on the safety resilience of construction projects,and safety leadership has an indirect positive impact on the safety resilience of construction projects under the full intermediary role of the resilience safety culture.Secondly,the safety leadership has a positive impact on the safety atmosphere.At the same time,psychological authorization plays a positive regulating role between the safety leadership and the safety atmosphere.At the same time,the safety atmosphere has a significant positive impact on the safety resilience of the project.The safety atmosphere has a direct impact mechanism on the safety resilience of the project.The safety behavior plays a positive regulating role between the safety atmosphere and the safety resilience of the project.In addition,the safety atmosphere plays an intermediary role between the safety leadership and the safety resilience of the construction project,which shows that the safety leadership acts on the safety resilience of the construction project through the safety atmosphere,and the safety atmosphere plays a regulatory role in the role of the safety leadership in the safety resilience of the construction project,and the intermediary role of the safety atmosphere has been confirmed.Third,the occurrence of safety resilience of construction projects is a complex configuration result driven by multiple factors.However,most existing studies only focus on the impact of a single factor,ignoring the linkage effect of many antecedent variables.In view of this deficiency,this study,from the perspective of complex systems,combined with the key influencing factors of the safety resilience of construction projects,established a linkage influence mechanism of safety leadership,safety report,safety behavior and other influencing factors on the safety resilience of construction projects,and used fsQCA to qualitatively analyze the impact path combination of high safety resilience of construction projects.The results showed that:Safety report,team cooperation,safety fault tolerance,safety self-organization ability,safety flexibility,and safety redundancy are analyzed,and four driving paths that can produce high safety resilience are found in this study.The linkage mechanism of influencing factors of safety resilience of construction projects based on configuration supports and supplements the empirical research results,which is conducive to improving the safety resilience of construction projects from the perspective of refinement.To sum up,this study takes the safety leadership of managers as the key factor to reveal the occurrence mechanism of project safety resilience,which enriches the theoretical basis of project safety resilience,and also provides practical guidance for project managers on how to improve the level of project safety management from the perspective of resilience. |
