At present,China’s construction projects are in a large-scale construction period,and safety accidents often occur.However,contractors lack resilience in construction safety management and do not attach enough importance to improving the resilience of safety management.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the safety and resilience of construction projects.Due to the lack of comprehensive understanding of the impact of construction safety resilience on safety performance and incomplete research,this thesis on the impact of construction safety resilience on safety performance has important practical significance for enhancing the resilience of construction safety management and improving the safety management level of contractors.Firstly,this thesis uses literature analysis and expert survey methods to identify measurement indicators for construction project safety resilience,obtained 20 measurement indicators such as project personnel’s safety cognitive ability,project personnel safety awareness,and project personnel safety behavior.The connotation of measurement indicators is explained and explained,laying the foundation for empirical research;Secondly,questionnaire survey and principal component analysis were used to conduct statistical analysis on the dimensions of construction project safety resilience,and four common factors were obtained: team resilience,technical resilience,management resilience,and information resilience.Among them,team resilience is the common factor with the highest contribution rate of each dimension of construction project safety resilience.The research results found that project personnel safety behavior,project emergency material allocation,and The establishment of project safety management institutions and the evaluation and response measures of project environmental risks are four key indicators that affect the resilience of construction safety;Finally,the AMOS 24.0 software was used to construct construction safety resilience-safety performance structure model.Through confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis of the structural equation model,it was found that the four dimensions of construction safety resilience have a significant positive impact on safety performance.The P-values of the significance test results passed the test,and the path coefficients were 0.30,0.23,0.20,and 0.14,respectively,indicating a generally weak positive correlation.According to the research results,it was found that team resilience has a relatively significant impact.Therefore,in order to improve safety performance in actual work,contractors can first focus on team management.The results of this thesis enrich the relevant theories of construction project safety resilience,and can help contractors fully understand the impact of construction safety resilience on safety performance,which has strong practical and theoretical significance.
