civilization is a fundamental requirement for people’s happiness,a fundamental plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and a fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of the whole world.The CPC clearly recognizes that institutions are one of the important sources of ecological problems.Since the 18 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed the importance of the construction of an ecological civilization system on many important occasions,fully reflecting the great importance the CPC Central Committee attaches to the construction of an ecological civilization system.China’s ecological civilization system is not only a new development of the Sinicization of Marxist ecological system theory,but also an echo of the new development requirements of China’s new era.Therefore,China’s ecological civilization system is not only a theoretical system of systematic science,but also a program of action with strong guiding significance.Studying the construction of China’s ecological civilization system is not only conducive to the mastery and perfection of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also to the further improvement and innovation of China’s ecological civilization system.The construction of China’s ecological civilization system has become a hotspot and focus of academic research.Over the past 40 years,academic research and studies on the construction of China’s ecological civilization system have achieved fruitful results,but there are still some shortcomings,as shown by the following: the research on the construction of China’s ecological civilization system is insufficient,the summary of China’s experience of the construction of ecological scientific choice for global ecological environmental governance in the face of the world’s biggest change in a century.We will continue to study the construction of China’s ecological civilization system with the aim of continuously improving and innovating it and providing a relatively systematic and scientific institutional guarantee for China’s ecological civilization construction and the harmonious coecology of man and nature.The main point is to sum up the internal theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic of the construction of China’s ecological civilization system.The key point is to comb and analyze the course,present situation and experience of the construction of China’s ecological civilization system and provide new ideas for the construction path of China’s ecological civilization system.China’s ecological civilization system is the product of social development.It is necessary to establish a scientific view of history,use logic and history to unify the methods,systematize the development of China’s ecological civilization system,and outline the complete development trajectory of China’s ecological civilization system.Over the past 40 years,the
