| At the same time,as a special kind of enterprise,cultural enterprise provides spiritual products,spreads ideological information and undertakes the mission of cultural inheritance.When it pursues economic benefits,it should also bear more social responsibilities and realize the unity of social benefits and economic benefits.However,the current development of social and economic benefits of cultural enterprises is not fully balanced.To achieve the balanced development of the two is a major practical problem in the future development of cultural enterprises,which is also the inherent requirement of high-quality development of cultural enterprises.Quality change,efficiency change and power change are important boosters of high-quality development,and the key is to improve total factor productivity.As the undertakers of quality change,efficiency change and dynamic change,whether cultural enterprises can effectively promote the supply side reform of China’s cultural industry through the three major changes,as well as high-quality cultural supply,and enhance people’s sense of cultural acquisition and happiness depends on whether they have the dynamic ability of this kind of change.As the core layer of cultural enterprises,cultural service enterprises represent the development direction of cultural enterprises,and also conforms to the concept of green development.Based on the data of listed companies of cultural service enterprises from2013 to 2019,this paper analyzes the structural dimension,efficacy and multi-level influencing factors of dynamic capability from the perspective of dynamic capability theory and its analytical framework,this paper makes a theoretical and empirical analysis in order to provide policy suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of cultural enterprises.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the internal requirements of quality change,efficiency change and dynamic change,the dynamic capability of cultural service enterprises should include three dimensions: innovation capability,resource integration capability and adaptability.Using TOPSIS method to measure and evaluate the dynamic capability,it is found that the dynamic capability closeness level of cultural service enterprises is between 0.4-0.6during 2013-2019,and the overall level is not high.Through the analysis of obstacles,it is found that the main reason for the low level of dynamic capability of cultural service enterprises lies in the lack of innovation capability.Improving the output efficiency of innovation capability is the key to the high-quality development of cultural service enterprises.(2)The relationship between dynamic capability and enterprise benefit(including economic benefit,social benefit,coordination degree of economic benefits and social benefit)has been tested.Dynamic capability has a significant positive impact on the economic benefits of enterprises,and at the same time,the dimensions of innovation capability,integration capability and adaptability of dynamic capability have a significant positive impact on the economic benefits of enterprises;dynamic capability has a significant positive relationship with social benefits,and integration capability has a significant positive impact on the social benefits of enterprises;In the relationship between dynamic capability and coordination degree of economic and social benefits,the dimension of integration capability has a significant positive impact on the coordination degree of dual effects.The above conclusions show that dynamic capabilities are helpful to promote the balanced development of economic and social benefits of cultural enterprises.(3)The intermediary effect of TFP between dynamic capability and enterprise benefit is tested.The TFP has intermediary effect between dynamic capability and enterprise economic benefit.Specifically,from the dynamic capability dimensions,the TFP has intermediary effect between innovation ability dimension,integration ability dimension,adaptability dimension and enterprise economic benefit respectively;the TFP has intermediary effect between the integration ability dimension and the enterprise social benefit;Total factor productivity has a mediating effect between the dimension of integration ability and the degree of dual effect coordination.(4)The adjustment effect of environmental factors between dynamic capability and enterprise benefit is tested by empirical analysis.Environmental uncertainty has a regulatory effect between dynamic capability and its various dimensions and the economic benefit of enterprises.Environmental hostility has a regulatory effect between dynamic capability,innovation ability dimension and enterprise economic benefit.Environmental richness has a regulatory effect between adaptability dimension and economic benefit of enterprise.Environmental richness only has a regulatory effect between the dimension of enterprise integration ability and the social benefits of enterprises.Environmental hostility has a regulatory effect between the integration ability dimension,the adaptability dimension and the enterprise dual effect coordination degree.Generally speaking,environmental factors have a regulatory effect in the relationship between dynamic capability and enterprise benefit.(5)The multi-level influence mechanism of enterprise dynamic capability has been empirically tested.Entrepreneurial talent,TMT experience and executive compensation incentive dimension at TMT level,absorptive and nonabsorptive redundant resources dimension at organizational level,and environmental dynamic dimension at external environment level have a positive and significant impact on enterprise dynamic capability,but industrial policy dimension of external environment has no significant impact on enterprise dynamic capability.In addition,it further tests the influence of the entrepreneur’s personal level,top management team level,organizational level and external environment level on the dimensions of enterprise dynamic capability,and they have a significant positive impact on enterprise dynamic capability.The main theoretical contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Research perspective innovation.Jump out of the perspective of single issue research,we should coordinate the input,output,innovation,efficiency and other factors of cultural service enterprises,to understand the high-quality development of cultural enterprises from the perspective of dynamic capabilities,and creatively put forward the academic idea that "the key to the high-quality development of cultural enterprises is to develop their dynamic capabilities".(2)Expansion of intension and measurement of enterprise dynamic ability.Taking the quality change,efficiency change and dynamic change of promoting high-quality economic development as the foundation of building high-quality development dynamic capability,it explores the dynamic capability of high-quality development from three dimensions: adaptability,integration reconstruction ability and innovation ability,which provides theoretical guidance for enterprises to maintain competitive advantage ability in complex and changeable environment.In the aspect of dynamic ability measurement,the original literature generally adopts questionnaire survey method to measure dynamic ability.The section data obtained can not reflect the evolution process of enterprise dynamic ability during the sample period.This study measures the structural dimensions of enterprise dynamic ability by constructing panel data to reflect the dynamic ability.(3)Development of the study on the effectiveness and influencing factors of the dynamic ability of cultural service enterprise.This study deeply analyzes the impact of dynamic capabilities on the economic benefits and social benefits of cultural service enterprises,and also examines its impact on the coordination degree of economic and social benefits,and reveals the impact mechanism of dynamic capabilities on them,so as to open the black box of dynamic capabilities,which is conducive to the unity of economic and social benefits of cultural enterprises.The dynamic capabilities of cultural service enterprises are not only influenced by the entrepreneurs,top management teams and organizations,but also by the external environment.Therefore,this study explores the influencing factors of enterprise dynamic capability from multilevel factors,and on this basis,provides operational suggestions for improving enterprise dynamic capability. |
