| To revitalize rural areas,culture is the soul.Rural revitalization is not only a simple reform and development of productivity and production relations in rural areas,but also a profound cultural guidance and civilization transformation.It is worth noting that the role of rural cultural revitalization not only enriches the spiritual and cultural life of rural residents,promotes rural civilization,but also contains important "governance" implications.Its fundamental lies in building a spiritual and civilized world of rural society,and guiding internalization into behavioral norms for rural communities through a systematic value system,effectively leading rural ideology,consolidating rural social spiritual strength,and regulating the daily behavior of rural residents,This has further formed an important logical path for promoting rural revitalization through rural cultural governance.Based on this,China is accelerating the construction of rural culture,fully exploring local rural culture,developing public culture,and building cultural industries.However,by removing the surface veil of rural cultural prosperity,cultural construction in many rural areas is still "addressing the symptoms rather than the root cause",and their inherent governance functions have not been fully developed.It can be seen that the main problem facing rural cultural revitalization has shifted from front-end cultural construction to subsequent governance effectiveness transformation,while neglecting the interaction and co construction of the internal value system between the country and society is the key reason for this transformation.However,studying the poor effectiveness of rural cultural governance solely from the perspective of value systems is vague and lacks substantive content.Therefore,this article attempts to explore the root cause of the problem from the perspective of the "third field" that connects the country and society,that is,some rural areas in China lack effective "third field" operations in the cultural governance process to promote the integration of mainstream national culture in rural areas,resulting in the implicit national core value system not forming effective value guidance and behavioral guidance for rural society.Therefore,how to promote the integration of the national core value system and the rural social value system through the "third field" in the context of rural cultural construction,and achieve the transition from "governing culture" to "cultural governance",has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved and considered in current rural cultural governance.Looking back at the present and looking back at the past,it is not difficult to find from history that China has formed an important experience in rural cultural governance,which has condensed into effective governance wisdom-"interaction between etiquette and customs" over thousands of years of development.Specifically,the interaction between etiquette and customs is essentially an effective construction of the national cultural order,which in turn implies the promotion of the mainstream value system of the country as a whole.Through the interaction between the state and society,the value system,spiritual world,and real life are integrated and isomorphic,presenting strong consistency and smoothness,and thus forming an important foundation for the stability of governance order.Especially in ancient times,the traditional "interaction between etiquette and customs" has established a complete "third field" operating system,and various elements actively participate in the cultural interaction between the country and rural society,fully promoting the values of imperial rulers to penetrate into rural society,and playing a fundamental value leading role in rural governance.Based on the above examination of reality and theory,this study follows the approach of "tracing the source of real crises-exploring traditional wisdom-innovating contemporary elements-promoting practical demonstration-constructing implementation paths".Starting from the current real crisis of rural cultural governance,it closely follows the fundamental path of "integrating the national core value system with the rural social value system to promote the effectiveness of cultural governance",based on the interaction between the state and society The theory of cultural leadership fully condenses the analytical framework of "action subject interaction interface interaction rules" from the perspective of the "third field".Using historical research methods,case analysis methods,and expert interview methods,this paper conducts in-depth and specific theoretical development and practical discussions on the integration of traditional etiquette and customs interaction into contemporary rural cultural governance.The specific details are as follows:On the one hand,based on the current crisis of rural cultural governance,this article seeks innovative development by integrating traditional interactive ideas of etiquette and customs into rural cultural governance.From the perspective of historical evolution,the interaction between etiquette and customs is the most representative mechanism of interaction between the state and society in Chinese history."Li" expresses the consistent requirements of the state or imperial power for the value system in an institutionalized form,while "vulgar" expresses the folk and personalized values of "Li".On the other hand,social customs,cultural rituals,and other aspects potentially participate in shaping the national value system with resilience.By condensing the core elements and operational mechanisms of traditional etiquette and customs interaction,it can be concluded that the action subject level mainly relies on the operation and coordination of literati,gentry,and clan leaders;The interactive interface mainly relies on the secularization and formalization of daily etiquette and public rituals;The interactive rules mainly rely on the inheritance and reliance of national etiquette,township rules and regulations,and family laws and regulations.In the context of rural cultural revitalization,the integration of traditional interactive ideas of etiquette and customs into contemporary rural cultural governance has certain applicability.From a time perspective,the soil of traditional etiquette and customs culture still exists in rural society in China,and some traditional cultural rituals and moral activities are still ongoing;From a spatial perspective,although rural society in China has transformed from an acquaintance society to a semi acquaintance society,the figures of clans and local elites still exist in the rural space;From a political perspective,China advocates for the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture,which provides necessary political and cultural support for the ideological reference of traditional etiquette and customs interaction.Based on the traditional interactive thinking of etiquette and customs,this study promotes innovation in contemporary rural cultural governance: seeking innovative development of "new cultural elites" at the level of action subjects;Seeking innovative development of "new rural customs" at the interface level;At the level of interactive rules,seek innovative development of the "New Rural Treaty".On the other hand,based on excellent cases of contemporary interaction between etiquette and customs,this article further optimizes the practical mechanism of integrating traditional interaction ideas into rural cultural governance.Through interviews and research in the case area,it was found that the innovative development of the traditional interactive element system of etiquette and customs has certain feasibility.The element system of "new cultural elites","new rural customs",and "new rural agreements" can rely on practical organizational mobilization and orderly production to achieve effective local integration and form good governance effects.Among them,organizational mobilization serves as a joint effort between the state and rural society,promoting the active participation of "new cultural elites" in the process of rural cultural construction.Through long-term cultural activities and cultural environment influence,it effectively promotes the generation of cultural orders such as "new rural agreements" and "new rural customs" within the countryside,ultimately achieving the integration and co construction of the national core value system and the rural social value system.After preliminary research and investigation,this article continues to reflect on the mechanism and effect of organizational mobilization and orderly production in rural cultural construction,and further explores the real experience within rural society through questionnaire distribution.The research results found that cultural organization mobilization and orderly production in rural society have a positive chain mediating effect between villagers’ value perception and behavioral intention.Therefore,in the practice of contemporary rural cultural construction,it is not only necessary to think about the organizational role at the national level,but also to rely on the endogenous driving force of rural society,form the self operation of "new cultural elites","new rural customs",and "new rural agreements",and optimize the contemporary "interaction between customs and etiquette".Based on the above research,it helps to thoroughly explain Xi Jinping’s cultural ideas,innovate the core development path of the revitalization of rural culture,deepen the party’s cultural leadership extension,and hope to help the construction of rural spiritual civilization and the modernization of rural governance systems and governance capabilities.Supporting role to promote the
