With the advance of the era of knowledge-driven economy, knowledge assets was regard as the most important resource to gain sustainable competitive advantage for domestic and foreign enterprises. Against this background, knowledge management is playing more and more important part in domestic and foreign enterprise. As the results of an investigation from Knowledge Management Review in 2001, knowledge sharing was in the second row of the top ten ultimate challenges to knowledge management.This paper on the basis of study the global research on knowledge sharing and its hindering factors, analyzed knowledge sharing present existence deficiency of Lanzhou Institute of Physics, finally proposes the Lanzhou Institute of Physics knowledge sharing improvement measures. Aiming at the subject of knowledge sharing, human being, from the values, psychological factors, ignorance, and knowledge differences four aspects analysis the basic reason that why the knowledge staff reluctant to share knowledge. Aiming at the object of knowledge sharing, knowledge, analyzes from tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge angle respectively why the knowledge sharing have some setbacks. Aiming at the situation of knowledge sharing, environment, from the enterprise culture, organizational communication environment, organization structure and information technology base four expounded the enterprise environment influencing factors of knowledge sharing. Finally, from mistaken ideas of intellectual property, confidential management and incentive mechanism three aspects explain how the enterprise system influenced knowledge sharing.On the basis of the above analysis, make pointed references bring out the knowledge sharing improving measures of Lanzhou Institute of Physics, then briefly proposes the use of PDCA method improvement measures gradually consummation.
