With the development of science and technology,the database system can be used for efficient data entry,modify,query,statistics and other functions,but it is difficult to find the hidden knowledge and spatial relationship behind the data.In the background of large data,many knowledge service systems have emerged,but they cannot make good use of massive geospatial large data and mining implicit geographic information behind the data.As the knowledge service system in the professional field,the knowledge service system of geographic resources and map information is important for engineering science,scientific research and economic development,it realizes the functions of mining and discovery,knowledge integration,etc.The tool is the foundation of constructing the knowledge service system.Among them,the professional knowledge is the main origin for the association objects,and is widely distributed.They need to design knowledge representation models to extract and arrange the association knowledge,through analyzing the source of knowledge.The purpose of the research is to provide knowledge retrieval,integration,mining and other technical support for the knowledge service system,and lay the foundation to provide highly performance map knowledge service.The most important problem is to implement spatial knowledge association algorithm in realizing the knowledge association tool of geographical resources.At present,many knowledge association research and algorithms are directed against text,especially in the fields of Library and Information,but the spatial knowledge association algorithms and tools applicable to geographic information are still relative shortage,and more area to research in this field.This paper studies and designs from the sources of geographical resources,spatial expression model,association algorithm,design and implementation of the association tool system.First of all,this paper studies and discusses the relevant theories of geographic knowledge correlation technology.And discussing the knowledge source and system of geographical resources information,the classification and formal expression of spatial knowledge,the theory and technology of Natural Language Processing,the matching of Chinese geographical names and addresses and the geography ontology.According to the research and discussion of these theories,designed the geographic resource thematic knowledge discovery and expression model for improving the utilization efficiency of the ontology,and expanded the geography ontology to make the implicit knowledge to explicit in the ontology.Based on the research findings at home and abroad,analyzed and improved the existing knowledge association algorithms.The association algorithm is designed for spatial knowledge expression model from the aspects of spatial semantics,temporal semantics and information semantics.The spatial knowledge association calculation is realized by using the good semantic relation of ontology.The generality is compared through the experiment between the algorithm based on the model and the traditional knowledge correlation algorithm.The result of design algorithm is more close to the expert experience knowledge,and it can meet the needs of the project and lay the foundation for the implementation of the association tool.According to the algorithm,the prototype system of geographic resource knowledge association tool is implemented.The prototype system are discussed the overall architecture and design.And the function modules of the system are expounded.
