The geological model includes three key models: structural model, sedimentary facies model and petrophysical model, which precision influences directly the development plan of oil field and so how to build high-resolution model is always the hot and difficult research issue. During the facies controlled modeling, the sedimentary facies plays a connected role: it is influenced by accuracy of structural model and controls the foundation of petrophysical model. Traditional geostatistics, such as pixel-based and object-based geostatistics, is extremely limited in the aspect of simulation of fluvial facies, especially the simulation of fluvial facies composed by multiple channel and low-sinuosity meandering river and gentle slope braided river. This paper used various kinds of data, such as geologic, well logging, well drilling, seismic, production dynamic data, etc., to study the fine geological modeling of Sulige 49-01 Block gas reservoir on the basis of multiple condition control. First of all, the fine structural model was built based on the restriction of well hard data and seismic data. And then, according to the training images which were instablished by generalized geological analysis and outcropping information, under the control of well hard data, seismic data and depositional model, the sedimentary microfacies were simulated by multiple-point geostatistics and then were constrasted with simulated results which were acquired by traditional pixel-based and object-based geostatistics. The result showed that depositional microfacies that was simulated by multiple-point geostatistics was well condition to to well data and realized the structure of training images and geometric form of the target. By using the method of Sequential Gaussian Simulation and the control of well hard data, seismic data and depositional facies, the reservoir petrophysical model could also be constrcted. Through the validation of vacuated well test and flow units for geological model, it suggested that the geological model possessed high precision and reliability under the multiple condition restriction.
