Tilia Mongolica Maxim, is a member of Tiliaceae family. Its bark, leave and flower were utilized for treatment of many disease. Recently, it was reported that T. Mongolica has inhibiting effect to Anoplophora glabripennis. In present study, by extracting the bark of T. Mongolica using a series of organic solvents respectively, different kinds of extracts were obtained. Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts by utilizing column chromatography, preparative TLC and recrystallization techniques. The complete structures of compounds were identified by IR, 1D and 2D NMR( 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, HMQC, HMBC, 1h,1H-COSY) data and literatures. They are β -amyrin acetate( Ⅰ ), germanicol acetate ( Ⅱ ), lupeol ( Ⅲ ), propane-1,2,3-triyl tripalmitate (Ⅳ), daucosterol( Ⅴ ) and 3-D thymidine 3' ,5' -di (4- chlorobenzoate)( Ⅵ). Among them, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ are known compounds isolated from the genus for the first time.
