Queues With Negative Customers

This paper mainly researches two kinds of queues with negative customers, the one kind is M/G/1 repairable queues with negative customers,the other kind is queues with disasters.For M/G/1 repairable queues, by use of "supplemental variables method'V'state transfer analyses"and"Laplace transform", we derive the generating functions of queueing lengths which belong to three different models. For the queues with disasters, we research BMAP/SM/1 queues with disasters and Hysteretic control. By use of "Imbedded Markov Chain" and "transition probability matrix", we derive the generating function of queueing length. For the discrete-time Geo/Geo/1 queue with disasters, we derive the generating functions of queueing length and waiting queueing length by use of state transfer analyses", and using numerical results, we show the influence of the parameters on several performance characteristics which makes preparation for getting various queue indexes.
