By its development over forty years, the bottleneck of GIS has graduallytransformed software technology into spatial data. Presently, spatial data share has beenone of impendent unsolved problems in GIS. In the first place, the development oftraditional spatial data sharing methods, WebGIS spatial data sharing pattern, WebGISdata sharing methods and so on is analyzed in this paper;then the theory and technologyof WebGIS-based spatial data share are discussed, and on the base of it, the spatial datadistribution and isomerous mechanism in Internet is summarized, and the spatial datasharing pattern integrated Web Service with WebGIS is proposed;finally the WebService-based spatial data sharing platform is constructed, and used to validate the patternfeasibility. The innovation of this paper goes as follows:(1) From the view of spatial data, classifies and summarizes the distribution andisomerous mechanism of spatial data in Internet;proposes four isomerous forms ofspatial data storage and utilization.(2) Based on existing universal Web Service data sharing model and Web GIS datasharing technology, proposes a new spatial data sharing pattern in the integratedenvironment of Web Service and WebGIS. It not only guarantees the effectivity of oldspatial data and technology, but also satisfies the need for spatial data share.(3) Designs the framework of Web Service based spatial data sharing platform andregistering center;implements WebGIS Service and interface, and validates WebGIS inthe distributed and isomerous environment.
