Ocean zoology environmental monitoring equipments' intellectualizing and the monitor technique' s maturing bring plenty of data resource to evaluating, fathering and protecting ocean environment rationally .Based on such a case, how to manage and use those data source rationally and find out data' s values becomes more important. This paper just began its research and practice on it.GIS (Geographic Information System) technology has powerful spatial location display and analysis ability , letting it combining with professional oceanic environmental monitoring data , using the tools of computer and correlative GIS softwares , can easily make monitoring data to be visual , so research in the paper chose GIS technology as the base of building oceanic zoology environmental system.Firstly, the paper introduced the correlative background knowledge , research actuality and developing direction from the view of domestic and overseas, system building' s aim and sense; Secondly , choosing the system of Bohai zoology environmental monitoring as a example, detailed introduced the system data analysis, designing on system structure , functional module and system function' s details realizing; Thirdly , introduced the instance of system database' s design and realizing , the evaluating models and core technology of the pollution analyzing and evaluating modules in the process of system building; At last , introduced the system' s applied instance, and made a more comprehensive analysis and conclusion to the above research work .The emphasis of the paper laid on three parts whose are Bohai zoology environmental monitoring system' s system designing, database designing and drawing oceanic pollution distributional isoline' s arithmetic designing.
