In this thesis, an idea of a kind of shallow high-resolution seismic instrumentation based on the technology of DSP is put forward, which is aimed to apply in the new technology and methods of engineering and environment exploration. The product has been developed and put into the market. The paper has learned about the seismic instrumentation of SE2404 of Jilin University Engineering and Technology Academic Institution and accomplished the design of the hardware circuit and software platform, and at last achieved the real practicing in the field.The dissertation consists of eight chapters.In the first chapter, the significance of the research is clarified. The development and trend of the engineering seismic instrument is described. Some typical product in the world was listed and their primary parameters are compared. At last, the main characteristics and ideas of the design are given.In the second chapter, the general design scheme is presented, and the components and structure of each part is described.
