With the in-depth application and ampliative demand of Geographical Information System, analyzing, calculating and expressing the geographic phenomena in the different scales and resolutions have become the hot focus and up to date issues. Multi-scale spatial database integration and calculation technology are the important techniques which need being solved in the course of GIS applications and services. Thereinto, object-oriented multi-Scale GIS provide the system and realization environment in order to solve such problems.
